Scope for Udit

Agreed that Udit's tam pronunciation is bad. He might have killed many songs in tam but somehow his voice/style seems to suit some category of songs better than most other singers. For instance in songs like "vaanum mannum handshake...unaal ishwara" and "Kaadal pissasey" there is something very fresh and easy about his singing. Wanted to know others opinon on this. Do u think these 2 songs in particular could have been better had anyone else sung. And do u think , there is scope for him in tam if somehow he could improve his pronunciation for easy kind of songs?

  Udit Narayan is a good singer . His voice is really superb. But , as far as I think , hios voice will never suit South Indian Faces. From the past 15 years we are used to his voice for Northies. So it will be very tough to digest his voice for Southies.
  I agree that, Music has no Barrier of language. But, as a popular singer(who says himself as Dedicated Singer)he should not make mistakes all the tiimes. He is singing in Tamil since 5 -6 years. Still he has not Improved his Tamil Diction. Is this the respect he is showing towards TFM ?
  He will be getting chances as far as Tamil MDs don't try to explore the talent of Tamil Talents. We have so many talented upcoming singers Tipu, Karthik, Sowmya and many more. But still MDs use North singers. I don't know why?
  What is the greatness in using them? It is like indirectly agreeing that WE DON"T HAVE ENOUGH TALENTED SINGERS...WHy Sadhana , why not Harini?Sadhana's Diction is so bad that we cannot understand lyrics at all. SHe is not mobilized in Norht, then why should we use her? Same case for Udit. His period is over in Bollywood, he is replaced by Sonu Nigam, Babul , Kumar Sanu. so he is coming to Kollywood..
  Udit can be given more chjances , if his diction improves. He should know how to respect the language which is giving him good chances.
  
  And the two songs you have mentioned are really good. But I don't agree that it won't Good if other singers have sung it. If the sam e songs are given to Shankar or Karthik or Tipu it would have been Definitely major hits in the album
