Aval olaga alagiye.. from Laysa Laysa is the first song, in which a music director used only hot elements of the western and indian classical.
Harris Jayaraj, the new king of music, shows in this song how much he is talented. He proved that he can give as well nice songs which are not raped by too many beats and which can show normal music listeners how sweet the classical music is.
Harris Jayaraj is the best.

  You fools! I didnt say that HJ invented this fusion. I said that´he is the first one who was able to combinate it perfectly and that the classical tunes sounds so original in this song.
  Rahman and IR did too but you couldnt recognize the classical elements in the their songs like in

  hahahha.....u really made me laugh!!!...aval ulagaazhagiya is nothing but " Soniya - ratchagan" style...the same modern & classical touch was used by rahman in the movie...The songs start witha modern term,then comes unnikrishnan with his classical touch with thavil/tabla beats rocking ur sound system...plzzz....create a forum where it makes sence!!!

  Dhinesh as many people said you are really a "gnana sooniyam". You dont know anything about music. go to some classical expert and show soniya soniya to him as a classical song. He will give you just right there a big smash in your face. The modern term which you mentioned is definetly not classical..its pop and rock ,you bashtard! So pepole like you should not about music!   I want to make clear that even though I rubbished this thread in the first place I passionately hate your immature postings where you claim every single tone used by every MD appeared in an ARR sng.
