Rehman's sister debuts as a composer

AR Rehman's sister AR Rehna had her first taste of fame when she sang the 'Malae malae' song in the film 'Chocolate'. She has now become a music director for a film. Five songs have already been recorded. Indian Theatres' Krishnakanth had produced films like 'Dhil', 'Thirudaa Thirudee' and Pudhukottaiyil Irundhu Saravanan'. His latest production is 'Machchi'. Shivaji Ganeshan's grandson Dushyanth is going to play the lead role in the film. The 25 day long first schedule of the film has ended in Coimbatore.


For the first time, AR Rehna has composed music, in this film. With her elder brother's blessings all the songs in the film have come out real well. No wonder, when you have a father and a brother who are musical geniuses, you are bound to carry the genes too.
