i am a great fan of raaja's songs in telugu.
in fact,his songs sound atleast 10 times better in telugu and some of his original telugu compositions are infdinitely better than so many of his tamil ones IMHO.I recently visited the DF at telugucinema.com.
they are fighting out the same battle there too-IR vs ARR!

check out these 3 threads.I think some of the comments are really funny.and it makes a big change reading the thoughts of our brothers across the border.

  BTW, that Telugu MD, Ramana Gogulla, used to work in the same company as I do now .He used to sing in parties. He had a reggae album cut here in the US. He relocated to India to be our 'Country Manager' but later quit to concentrate on music. Looks like software people are very much into music. Another friend of mine, who is a CTO of an Internet company composes rock music+english lyrics for it !!!

  and the statement reg telugu cine music's current state of affairs-'it all started with gentleman when arr introduced all new singers with strange ,ugly and sh*t*y voices' was so funny .arr fans will find many views quite rude.one guy claims he has some african music cd ,which apparently is source of taal music.

  These guys do not know what they are talking about. Has IR got any technical expertise to compose music? Has he contributed to the Telugu culture? Has he brought in any new Trends(Oops!!!)? :-)
