  Hi !
  
  I need the lyrics for the song "madai thirandu thaavum nadi alai naan"
  from "Nizhalgal". I cannot install anjal fonts on my server. So, even if
  it is available in the "pazhaya padal pakkam", I would really appreciate
  if you could send me the English transliteration for the same.

  Thanks for the lyrics - I sang the song and enjoyed it. I was wondering why IR used the
  "Papap pAapa..pa.paa.." as humming - to me it
  dosn't sound very compatible for the given
  situation and for the character who is a VIP
  (Velai illAp Patathari). "lala lala la..lal.."
  or "hmmmh hmmm hm.hm" would have been more suitable - like in "he hoo hmm lalalla" - ithu oru
  pon malaip pozuthu...from the same movie.
  
  Was the "papap..pap..papa.." an influence from
  Sankar-Ganesh's "unnai naan parthathu vennilA vElail" ????

  The song is picturised as follows:
  An aspiring Music Director(Chandrasekhar) dreams about becoming a great MD as he gets a chance to express his works. Any artist would love to do his work in a scenic place. Our hero(Chandrasekhar) is shown composing music on the seashore and dancing with angels(adhaan saar! vellai dress pOttukondu aaduvaaNgaLE!)
  
  So, our pattu nayagan is in ecstasy when he composes music on the seashore and so he sings "papapa paapa.." The VIP(I mean velai illa pattadhaari) in the song "pon mazhai pozhudhu" sings "Hey hO hum lalala" because he is mellow and is a person who maintains a low profile. He is also a good artist but he is not in his best times to jump in ecstasy as Chandrasekhar does. Because he says, "oru naal ulagam needhi perum thirunaal nigazhum sEdhi varum" - so he awaits for THE DAY unlike Chandrasekhar who has already got the chance.

  I was not aware of the situation that chandra
  got recognized and singing in a thuLLal mood.
  For that "pappa paap" - porunthugirathu.
  I was thinking that some azumoonji hero (chandrasekar mattum epidiyAkkum!) was singing
  this song.
