Why is Harish Raghavendra neglected by ARR

Despite having so many hits under his belt,Harish Raghavendra has not been utilised by ARR.ARR has used so many lousy voices just because they are from Bombay but he could have used Harish too.Why the negligence?

  Harish Raghavendra might has not tried enough to meet arr, he needs to get arr's attention by going thru proper channel, (music agents might help here), I am sure if tries hard and meets arr, arr will use him.arr is not to blame here, HarishR has not tried enough.

  might be he is afraid that some other composer might avoid him after he sings for arr., so he is staying away from arr, who knows.
