  NOV, Rajaram, RV: the song 'E kai irukku pazhamirukku' does appear in the movie muthal mariyaadhai.. no Qs. about that. The problem is, it is not sung by Sivaji. That is a song which comes in the background. Sivaji doesn't "voice" for it. Hope somebody backs me up.

  Ravi - The reason why I'm sure that Sivaji vaai-asaikufy for the song, is because I felt that it was "funny." Never mind, I have the vdo of MM. Will let you know in a couple of days.

  Ravi/pal/mannaru - I finally managed to find some time and watched MM again last night. The song, Kili irukku pazham irukku appears twice in the movie. The first time during the titles and the second time, within ten minutes of the movie. Have no doubts about it, Sivaji indeed sings the song. At first, it is a long shot and when he sings, soala kathirirukku, a close-up of Sivaji is shown. The song ends with Ratha walking into the ooru with her father. So, Ravi - that settles it.
  I wish I could talk about Yey kuruvi, chittu kuruvi but that would be a digression, wouldn't it? :-))
