IR' biggest blunders......

Biggest blunder is losing Vani Jayaram. Seems like any IR song would've sounded super if VJ voice was there (whereas SJ voice was suited for SG, MSV)
2. blunder: Choosing Mano over SPB
3: Not giving enuff songs to Jayachandran and using weird voices like Krishnachandra etc..
4. Letting poor vocal control of PS, KJY and SJ in many a super IR song.
5: Sadma' poor songs without understanding Hindi market.
6. Wasting efforts in Kannada/Mal movies where he apparently does not have much recognition.
But, the biggest is Vani Jayaram. what a major loss to TFM

  according to me the biggest blunder he committed was being born in the era of ARR....... just jokin guys.....
  seriuosly i feel :
  1. losing MR,BR,Balachander

  There was news in Kumudam (if i remember right...12-16 weeks back) saying that IR had disagreement with thangar....because of the remuneration clash that had taken place between panjuarunachalam (producer of Solla marantha kathai and the man who introduced IR into films) and thankar....it was put up that IR splitted due his loyality/respect/friendship(whatever) to panju....what do u say.....?
  
  Also if u remember/aware there was an article in
  ananthavikatan 3 weeks back by thangar....saying that he will still go back to IR if he invites....so pls understand....!
  
  Please dont ask me show me for the Kumudam/vikatan links now...I am not intersted in proving a point....but look how the media men play the role....if u wish to go by this cinesouth news
  go ahead...
  
  But is it fair to just quote one side of the story? when there have been multiple contradictory statments ?....Anyhow, Thanks for reading my opnion.

  Height of humbleness :If a MD claims he interested in doing films only for 3 directors, and films with others failed because they didn't know how to use him
  
  Height of arrogance: Any newcomer in the field can approach IR and IR will indeed support him. Any social awareness movie wants IR do the movie, he will support. Any historical and native TN villege movies he will indeed support them. Those guys who grew just because of IR ,when they are in trouble still supported them. All the directors who grew, gained national awards just because of IR, still IR not bothered. Lastly, he speaks what is true to his heart. This is sign of true arrogance.

  Also, I read thangar statement that he is not the reason why IR was not in Thendral.
  
  IR is promoted as arrogant by journalists for quite some time. IR do not give slots or accepts invitations by journalists for any interview. His theory was I am good with music than with talking. What ever I want to express, I am comfortable in expressing in music. Then what is the need of these interviews.
  
  Ofcourse IR had clash with directors. But he never compromised the loyalty. Ramrajan, Rajkiran, Thangar, Bala etc got the help when it was needed most by IR. This character of IR contradicts with other theory of arrogance.
  
  I have a feeling, he talks his mind. There is only a thin line between confidence and ego and this can be misreported by journalists to their convenience.
  
  At the same time, probably seeing this, ARR is very careful about PR. He may be good by heart and humble. But Giving credit to director for good music is way too much.(He knows even if he gives such credit, people will not give credit to director for good music and inturn feels ARR is very humble). He is very clever and also a good person.

  just curios...when the same Cinesouth condemned ARR..u guys took it as the sole, and the most accurate report...but when it is regarding IR...u guys turn to me and saying....i am not rite, cinesouth doesn't report the correct thing..
