YSR is commited for next Vijay's Project "Velan"

YSR is commited for next Vijay's Project "Velan" to be directed by Thirupathiswamy an leading director in telugu and now making his debut in vijayakanth film "Narashima".. Moreover YSR is committed for two more telugu projects with cast by bavan kalyan and another one with Venkatesh. Already he is doing some nice projects like Nanda and Chemba.. looks like this guy is very much in leading the race with the well established ARR and newly emerged Harris Jeyaraj.. others like SAR, Deva and bharadwaj are not in the race.. they are catering for films of second cadre directors like vikraman's and K.S.Ravikumar's.. what do u guys think?

  Bharadwaj is doing music for 10+ movies now - EeRumugam (Ajith), Thamizh (Prashanth), PaNdavar Boomi (Cheran Direction) etc., are some of the key movies he is working on.
  
  Are you sure about YSR doing music for two telugu movies ? Can you give the details ?

  Bharadwaj is good, But IMO, something is missing in him. Some of his songs are excellent (My personal favourites are 'unnaip paarththa pinputhaan', 'unnodu vaazhaatha', 'Kaetten' and 'Enakkena eRkenavee') whereas some others are well below average - this inconsistency is what is making him unpopular I guess (I bet less people will know B.'s name as MD than Deva/SAR/KR/YSR's name, Isn't it ?)
  
  More than this, He hasn't proved himself as a good MD in non-CharaN movies, He has to do it, then only he can expect some name and fame which he deserves for his talent.

  Velan is starring Vijay and Priyanka Chopra ( Last Miss World) I think this will be the start of the big time for YSR.

  No It's not a gramathu movie.. no way they can fit priyanka chopra to our village kind of girl.. basically it's a love story between a boy from sub-urban and girl with urban brought up. So YSR can do a lot for this kind of scripts..

  Bharadwaj is also the MD for Asathal (P.Vasu), I Love You Da (Manoj Kumar) and the next Vikraman's movie (*ing Vijay & Laila). I admire this guy manily because he uses predominantly Tamil singers in is his compositions unlike ARR/SAR/YSR & of course Deva.
  
  Also, he has given hit songs for non-Charan movies, especially Pooveli by Chelva. I think him and Vidyasaagar are perfect blend of IR & ARR.

  You are right about Bharadwaj using tamil singers, He is supposed to be a big fan of Viramuthu and has tuned two of his Puthukkavithais in AmarkkaLam (Kaettaen and Unnodu Vaazhaatha).,
  
  But I don't think Pooveli has any good songs of his charan songs' standard. They are Hit, I Agree, But can never stand before a 'Enakkena eeRkenavee' or 'Unnodu vaazhaatha'.,
  
  Bharani is the MD for Vikraman's next movie and I am not sure about 'I Love Youda' - I guess it is Deva.

  No idea about asaththal, (What best you can do for a P.Vasu movie yaar ? He is not IR to come with a Chinnathambi sort of score for a chinnathambi sort of movie :-)

  One song in asaththal is "Raajavaazhkai yellam bachelor's ku thaan".
  The starting part is similar to
  "madrasin hero athu auto auto saththam than"
  "all-in-all sonna photo photo kaiyu than" part of
  
  "madrasai suththi paarka poren" song of May Madam.
  
  The rest of this asaththal's song is like midle part of the VIP's (film) one --"netru no no".
  
  I like Bharathwaj very much. But, I am sad to see him do such imitations. It doesn't seem to be an inspiration,but I think P.Vasu or other's would have forced it on him. Anyway, it was a bad song. I used to see it in TV promos.
