  shankar was new-but kunjumon was a mega producer in malayalam films before he came to tamil.

  it was also known for state-of-the-art music videos than... plus i didnt see many story lines resembling this movie in tamil movie history... maybe the movie isnt a great movie but its a good movie...

  this movie was a class movie again unique story.... new faces and good picturization... nah... more than songs made this movie run ....

  no way man! u seem to trash manirathnam and KB bcoz their movies normally have good songs.... its not their fault if both songs and movie is good ....
  
  i totally agree with china thambi.....
  
  but ya'll missed "Meera" by P.C.Sriram.... thats a splendid example of a movie which will be rejected inspite of good songs and good picturization.. it shows that tamil people r intelligent .....
  
  view the other movies from the meera perspective and you will understand what good movies are....
