Ranjith scored for KKKK?

Ranjith tells that he scored 2-3 songs in KKKK .How true is this ?Or is it that he programmed only the percussions

  does anyone has the original KKKK album? I am sure many TB fans should have it.. In the inlay card, was the credit given to Ranjith in any way? I am curious to find out.

  Already he is giving credits to musicians for helping him out in orchestration. Also, Pravin Mani or Sabesh gets the credit for BGM. Then if you expect him to give credit for songs composing, what he will take credit for and charge more thana crore? Project Management? or Organizing?

  Yes, TB gets help from every nook and corner.. Also he gives credits to people if they contribute. So far I have thought that TB comes up with melody part and others contribute for orchestration. But Ranjith's claim is different. He tells he composed songs for AM and TB. So I am curious about his contribution in KKKK. But no TB fan has opened his mouth so far.. So seems like he has not given any credit and TB has taken all...

  btw,it was ARR who introduced th trend of writing th artists credit in da inlay in India,to give them a popularity,now everyone know who is Sivamani,praveen mani,yak bondy,etc etc,IR just likes to get all the credit :P,thats y he didint start this trend in India!

  It is Kandokonden Kandukonden. The link is about Ranjit Barot's interview. In that he mentions that he did two songs from KKKK. Based on Dinesh's post, looks like Pravin Mani and Yak Bondy did two other songs from the same film. ARR might have done 'Konjum Mainakkale' and 'Suttum Vizhi', unless of course until someone claims it.

  I believe that it is not always the case. TB takes input from singers as well, as per singer Srinivas. In one of her interviews, Nityashree mentioned that when she went for recording of 'Kannodu Kanbathellam' from Jeans, nothing was ready except the lyrics. TB it seems gave her the lyrics sheet and asked her to sing it in any SUITABLE RAAGA (you what he meant !!!) and developed on it later.

  Dinesh, unlike IR, ARR is one dudhead in composing music, hence he gives credits to all those who cointributes for him. But In case of IR every single note is written down and given to the musicians and they hav to follow that strictly, why shud the he give credit to them afterall?
