Ilaiyaraja has lost his magic and his past glory is wearing off. It is unfair to expect him to initiate a revival in TFM(maybe he is incapable of revealing a new trend in TFM)

Rahman created mass hysteria with his Chinna Chinna Aasai, Chikku Bukku rail, Konjam NeruPu, Muqala Muqabula, tanha tanha and Humma Humma. He took sound and commercial music to a level which he cannot keep up with anymore. Bombay Dreams and Hollywoods are not going to simulate his meteoric rise and hence it is not going to be as thrilling(except for his hardcore fans)

Will there be another phenomenon like Ilaiyaraja and Rahman in our lifetime? if it happens how thrilling an experience it is going to be!!!!

Till then do we have to put up with the current sad state of Indian Music in the context of sensationalism?????????
