i think kamal had make a revolution in Tamil movie industry by makin this movie,Alavanthaan.This is the most wonderfl tamil movie i had ever watch.In fact, I did watch the movie 4 times in the teater as well as i bought the original VCD.tamil movie industry should not concentrate on love movies only but then try to make such a movie that kalam had did.In fact he's the best among the best....Alavanthaan should go for Oscar or Globe award in fact.

  thats true Yazs...when u talk about Kamal sir,hes the best in acting....the best part of acting is the crying part..that really real,well nobody in fact can act such like him.And i'm very sure Alacanthan will be nominated for Oscar next year for Foreign movie like Lagaan did.anyway Kamal sir u r da best sir...muaaah

  I am a big fan of Kamal. I must have seen 'Michel.." about 20 times & I agree that the Tamil films should step out of this love stories & fight between two families in the village.
  
  But Alavandan is a disappointment. This is only by the scale which kamal has set for himself. If Vijayakanth or Ajit had done this movie, it would have run for 200 days.
  
  Tell me, if the Nandu brother has spent all his life in the asylum, how come he drives a bike , car - Car with his legs, on two wheels .. Where did he learnt to do all that ?

  Aalavanthaan is one of the 3 films that crossed
  100 days apart from nandhaa and shajahan.
  Where r those idiots who degraded aalavanthaan
  and told that it is going to be a sure flop?
  i wanted to revive those threads degrading AV
  where i had mentioned i would do so before 3 mths.
  but as a thread is now existing on the film,
  i thought there was no need.
  Actually a lot of threads were started degrading aalavanthaan.Hell with them.

  Alavandhan is a sort of achievement for kamal. A masala achievement. What matters is money and he could make some. Even producers could break even.
  
  I have not seen the film and nor I wish to see it. But, I am happy that his recent PKS has done a very good job and I have seen that movie. Enjoyed it fully.
