  why do you fool yourself into thinking that Are Yaars and likes will want 'ambleens' and 'MLs' to disappear from this forum? They (Are Yaars & co) very much want them (ambleens & co) to remain. How else will they get an opportunity at IR bashing? Isn't this their only legitimate reason for their idiocy and shamelessness they have proclaimed ever so repeatedly?
  They think that they are getting at a few of the sensitive folks (IR admirers) by their tit for tat attitude. But if those few of you, who are likely to get hurt, stop responding to the likes of Are Yaars, it is more likely that they will get tired of their own winging.
  
  Personally, I would like to see the progress of TFM, because thats where my roots are. Unfortunately there are a lot of well informed silent observers in this forum who have stopped contributing due to the outbreak of the weeds in the paddy field. KaLai yedupavar yevarO?

  I got vexed and started retaliating only after BABA thread was invaded...that too was spoiled to the extend that...to see a response after a day..you need to click "Old responses" 3 or 4 times..
  And that trouble is still continuing....See, in all this I did not get into PA..My accusition of R or IR behind this conspiracy is nothing compared to allegations like ARR is behind terrorist activities in India. You all should feel lucky that ARR fans have behaved decently for most of the times...
  When one Shanmugam character said all filthy things on IR we were the one to write against him first and recomended admin to ban him...you people were still having a sound sleep then...So, don't blame on us...for any thing and every thing there is a limit.

  I have posted against many people who post against arr in arr threads. But nowadays I dont go to those threads much. Just dont think arr fans here are all saints. Just stop playing this victim game and start discussing some thing nice about your MD. Admin will take care of foul mouths. Its upto the fans to have good discussion. If you guys waste most of the time responing to all filth posts, its no use.

  OK then u & ur clan are the victims, ambleen & clan are culprits....but why the heck are you wanting us DFers in this thread to come and do policing job in ur threads....Such a simple fact, can't u understand...Go and fight ur stale case in the "Attention Admin" thread...The more u stick around in here, the more u r gonna be termed as "mere attention seeker", nothing more...Ur "gee we r poor victims" plot will fall flat...
  
  To show that u r really serious with this, you have only two options...
  
  a) stop responding to alleged thread hijackers (!!)
  
  b) report to admin
  
  Other than the aforementioned two options, rest of what u do will take u no where...
  
  Another serious option is, open some positive thread about ARR (if you have any real inclination to his music that is). I have not till date read a single worthwhile post from u relating to something readable about ARR's music....
  
  And when u do that, u wud create some positive effect for ur hero ARR..
  
  And for heavens sake stop ur paranoid crap abt raajangahm & IR (!!!!!) being behind hijacking ur threads...That is downright absurd & silly...

  Digression:
  
  Could anybody enlighten me what is this instrument that IR uses so frequently in his (film songs) compositions? It sounds (to me) much like a mellowed bell sound.
  
  Here are a couple of songs where he used it:
  
  1. Prelude of song "Muthi mani malai..." from "Chinna Gounder".
  
  2. "Poothu Poothu Kulunguthadi poove..." from "Kumabakari Thangaiyaa" - Usage occurs in prelude, pallavi (immediately after SPB says "mathaalam-than") and first interlude (immediately after flute's sound - repeated twice.)
  
  3. "Uchi malai maghangal..." from "Vellaiya Thevan" - usage occurs at the very end of prelude.
  
  Some people told me it could be "Jaladarangham". I do no know but I would very much like to know. What kind of instrument is this? String or percussion or keyboard? What is it?!?!!?

  Since the inception of TFM, we have seen the likes of Are Yaar. We keep those likes going by responding to him. Just ignore the postings and after a while, he will go away.
  
  Whatever he says is more a reflection of him, his tastes and values. But it does not and wil not take anything away from IR's talents, accomplishments or our appreciation of IR.
  
  These are the tests to our adherence to the rights of freedom of speech and democracies where we need to tolerate the low of the lows. The best way to repond is ignore it. Does it really matter to you or I in our appreciation of IR whether Are Yaar agrees with our postion. It is totally immaterial.
  
  We do not know his competencies, values, perceptions, demographics, psychographics and his personal agenda. Just as much as he has the right to spew venom obsessively on IR and consider ARR's music as brilliant, you have the right to do the opposite.
  
  Be Strong. Do not answer him. Just ignore him and keep making the points you want to make. The likes of him will go away.

  When is the audio of Julie Ganapathy releasing?
  Recently I read a Balu Mahendra interview conducted during IR's BGM composition session. He said IR composed all the songs for the above film in 4 hours (at a stretch)!!!
  Since it's supposed to be a thriller, will the score be another 'Moodupani' for this duo?

  Kumudam's latest issue says that after quite some time now, IR has included three songs based on pure saastriya sangeedham in the film "PON MEGALAI". And for the first time, SUDHA RAGUNADHAN & BOMBAY JAYSHREE are pairing in one song.

  Does anyone know where i can listen to 'prema raga hadu gelati', kannada movie by IR in '99-'00. I watched this movie on screen, don't remember nothing about the songs, though was awestruck by the BGM. The heroine is dumb and uses Iktara - single stringed bowed instrument of Indian origin also known as 'Single-String Lute' to communicate.
