why karhik raja vanchinathan did not reach?

i was very much delighted when i first hear to the songs of vanchinathan it had anice techno rock and jazz scores , but when i realized it didnot appeal to masses , i wonder why is it so .pls join to discuss this

  Vanchinathan is a utter flop yaar ,musically too ..None of the songs had the rythm ...Just look at AMul baby ,the poor choice of voice ...and sirikum madippale ,the irregular rythym ...The songs should have a neat rythm ,otherwise whatever may be the type rock ,jazz it wil fail ...A clasic example from KR will be Muthae Muthamme (from ullasam)

  I am wondering how you missed the wonderful KJY song from Vaanchinathan ("Roja vaNNa Roja"), (Infact, after couple of listenings, that was the only song I felt good from this 'below average' album)

  ramki jee, naga jee well said about mutham eda vensum and rendae kal ulla and roja vanna roja by KJ yesudoss jee.Though these songs were good enough to be popular but they didnt appealled to masses
