I find this song is something different slow melodious and touching. They are just adding one line and singing a beautiful stansa.
Can we recollect such songs.

This song is also very soft and things they express is excellent. Suralamakalam rajalakshmi with PBS adding more flavor to the lyrics.

Syam, That is yet another wonderful song from Indra En Selvam.
Have you heard this song by PBS and AP Komala:
Idhaya Devie Kanne
Azhagu Nilavena Vaaarai
Thavaznthidum Kodi nadayaal
Paar Selvi Neeye.. Paar Selvi Neeye..
(still one of my favourite songs)

Could 'Iravin madiyil ulagam urangum' sung by PBS be included in this list ? Guess who composed the song ?? Veda.
There is another great 'soft melody' that springs to mind, composed by AMRaja and sung by PBS and jikki in 'Vidivelli'.

Manisekaran:
Aasai pongum azaku roopam is an excellent song. I have the cd of Jikki hits, it has few other songs also which you have mentioned.
Inbamaana iravithuve -- I feel that I have listened this song. Which is way back in my memory.
Sollamangalam rajashmi's voice is really good. Did she shine like PS those days?
varuvEn naan unathu maalikaiyin vaasalukkE - Mallika is also a slow song with great music and lyrics.
