  Another slightly esoteric topic.
  
  I am interested in collecting/knowing actual Keerthanigal recorded in TFM. For the purpose of this discussion, all songs that hv a tradition of being sung in classical music concerts can be considered as Keerthanaigal. e.g. Chinnanjiru Kiliye was not probably not written as a Keerthanai but as this is a popular one in katcheris, this can be included.
  
  I know of only two:
  
  Brovabarama Raghu Raama in Kavarimaan? IR and KJJ.
  Chinnanjiru Kiliye in Manamagal? ? MLV & CSJ.

  Anybody has seen/heard the movie Nandanar ? I guess several Gopala Krishna Bharathi songs may hv appeared here.
  
  "Kuzhalloodhi Manamellaam Kollai Konda Pinbu" - Surprised to see that this hasnt appeared in any movie.
  
  Anybody know any "Rama Nadaga Keerthanaigal" has appeared in TFM ?

  I've seen "ethanai konam ethanai paarvai" in video (Chhaaruhaasan, Vadivukkarasi).
  
  RV:
  This pancharatna kruthi is from the movie "Devaraagam"--entharoa mahaanubaavoa sung by Sujatha without any music.

  Sindhu Bhairavi is a good choice. I guess, there is a good chance of Keerthanais in movies about musicians. Does Mridanga Chakravarthy hv any ? I know for sure Thillana Mohanambal doesnt.
  
  
  Bala Kanaga Maya ? I think Sagara Sangamam has a scene where Manju Bhargavi dances to that. Part only, though.
  
  Nice to know both Marugaelara and Alai Paayudhe Kannaa are part of TFM.

  (I think one can consider many of the songs by
  MKT also under this category. )
  
  Keerthanas reach the layman thru this way, but
  it's rarely the singers&MD's do justice to the
  composition. They are diluted a lot.
