IR and MSV

Can someone please identify this song?
Its from a Prabhu movie with a rain theme. It was composed by IR and MSV together. The rest of the songs in the movie were composed by just IR.
Thanks. Movie was released in early 90's

  The film u r talking about is "Senthamizh Pattu" and the song is "Chinna chinna thooral minna"

  When IR and MSV composed together, Melody was taken care by MSV and Instrumentation was taken care by IR. (The rest of the songs in the movie were composed by just IR. - is not correct.)

  You probabaly know that songs in "Mella Thiranthadhu Kadhavu" was also jointly by IR and MSV. IMHO, you can't really tell who contributed what in those songs because both are kings in melody and orchestration.
  
  The only song were IR probably got so perky was at the start of "Vaa Vennila.." amazing !
  
  Again IMHO, MSV probably the dominant player in the song "Kzhaloothum Kannanukku.." where he brings back the nostalgia of Bangos he used heavily in the 60s in his songs.
  
  The songs go to record in history that how two kings join and have respect for each other can produce such wonderful pieces..

  "vaa vennil" was composed on the lines of the old songs
  
  "van meedhile inba then maari payudhe"
  i doubt whether MSV composed this song

  MSV used his orchestration for only one song in
  MTK ie., "Uru Sanam Thungirichu" remaining songs by IR.

  Hi All,
  This is the fact in Mella Thirandhadhu Kadhavu:
  All songs except Kulaloodhum Kannanukku were tuned by MSV and the orchestration was by IR! IR composed and orchestrated Kulaloodhum Kannanukku!
  So, if you think that MSV has no role in a song, that is this song only!
  This is officially confirmed news!
