Deva or S.A.Rajkumar

Deva claims that he was the No:1 in 2000 by scoring 22 movies, but SAR claims that is himself, scoring 26 movies including Telugu. Which one is true?

  ours is TFM page, Deva has given more films in TFM than SAR also Deva's outputs were far better that SAR, hence Deva was the No:1 MD in 2000

  Deva SAR rules rather ruled 2000 but this year
  its going to be a fresh wave of youngsters to TFM
  Harris,Praveen,YSR.
  I hope these young talented MDs get their recogntn and break.
  Its time for change in TFM just like ARR music swept the old formula music . I hope that these young people will dominate this year there by new talents will get a break !!

  May be not in 2001. Already Deva sir has committed around 20 films. S.A.R has signed more than 10 films scheduled for 2001.

  Deva is atleast good in adapting to the trend and if we look at most of his albums, he has ample variety, which in my opinion SAR lacks.
  Occasionally do come up with something worthwhile, though.
  If we take the no. of movies made by them in a year, I am reminded of the 'steam roller' phenomenon. This is disastrous to TFM. There are a lot of other MDs who make good music but get washed away in this maelstrom of movies the above two keep churning out.
  btw, are deva and sar less remunerated than YSR, baradwaj and vidyasaagar and not to forget, Ranjit Barot?
