hey guys....what do you people think is the best album ever of arr's,as in all the songs in the album is very good...
for me,it would be 'kadhalan'..all the song are simply amazing!!

I feel that ARR's best ever work was for Kaadhal Desam. It had all the song one need. fast-paced,melody, sentimental, romantic etc. Even the BGm of the movie was outstanding.

Thiruda Thiruda overall as an album and is his best ever. Even he has admitted that he was unable to repeat an album like Thiruda Thiruda (source: interviews given by ARR after TT was released and he himself saw the songs on screen and in later interviews when asked about his favorites)

Gentleman, Roja, Pudhiya Mugam, Kadhalan, Kadhal Desam and May Madham for some great songs. All of his other albums have average to good songs but these are probably the best ever from him.

I really wonder why so many few people have put Duet as hsi best work till date..god what an album. The usage of saxaphone is out of this world .. songs like anjali . vennilavin theril, yenn kadhale etc .. are just too good .. i guess TT would next in my list

I agree with u Jana about "Duet". It was an absolutely amazing album. I just wonder why so many of the people who posted here didn't mentioned it except 3 or 4.

Duet is far better than some of the other albums mentioned here like "Baba","LoveBirds".

PLEASE STOP Saying worst composings like "Parasuram".

Thiruda Thiruda and probably Roja. Both had a totally different set of style than any of his other albums. Also, both was more fresh at the time because of the new sounds.
