  One of the trailers has the beginning music of some song (I think at teenstation). It sounds great and refreshing!! Definitely, the flavor is north indian.
  
  It's good that lyrics for ARR's movies are getting better. I couldn't get hold of the cassette here in bay area.

  'Tara Rum Pum' sounds extremely mediocre. I could not follow the tune while listening. It keeps changing all thru the song. Also , IMO, it sounds like a MASALA of some hit hindi tunes of yester years. It may be too early to comment on the album, as we have not heared the other songs. I hope it has atleast one good song having something new or unique in it. After listening to 'Dil Se' songs, this song is way below standard.

  My Comments : Some time I put a ARR mock interview:
  Q: why all your songs sounds same,
  Arr: My keybords have some keys removed, so I forced to use the same keys.
  ---This has become true.
  The hindi song I heard had same note of kuchi kuchi rakkamma, Verapandi kotaiyela.
  also the mirdangam interlude - reminds Thilana Thilana. But I need to hear it thru a CD, I have decided to borrow this time from someone.
  
  Observer: Have you heard mere payar de in Sharabi by the frog - also called as BappiLahari.
  This sounds like the same.
  
  some good points:
  The violin bit and chrous in the 2nd BGM is great.
  has also well placed voice Harmonies.
  
  Comparing to other hindi number stds, this is good.

  Please wait, I am coming to the point. I saw the reviews here for Goli Barhke rakhna... I am very eager fan of ARR before his album release, then I pounce on the album to have this sense of deja vu, because I like to hear, see and be with familiar things. Mr. ARR satisfies my hope as far as music is concerned. So, then I hear ta rum ta (konjom rummu) etc in the website of tiptop line and what shall I say. Again, Yagain, Mr. ARR is fulfilling my expectatun. I am hearing a tango in the Holi Karke Barna album sample. What a 100% satisfactun. I would like to tell ARR admirers like me and who don't like me(the true ARR fans) to please now move away from Dr. Alpan, Ace of Base, RD Burman and every other researchers of ARR to now to explore the fascinating woruld of tango and waltz. You won't be disaapointed at all because you heard it before,in the future and in our own Chennai managaram. From Chennai to Vienna.

  Guys, I was wondering why the sound level is so low in ARR songs these days. I have to crank the volume up when listening to ARR songs to understand the lyrics. Experienced this problem with 'Jeans' and 'Dil Se' CD's. Is the recording itself done at a low volume? Anyone out there having
  a similar experience? Any idea what the reason
  might be?

  I cannot believe you wrote the whole name. You can get a lot of latin american performances in any cd stores in the US. Tango Elena, tango continental are few names of famous tangos i know. look for waltzes and tangos for the accordion. don't know if you can european versions in the US. Again, tango instrumental is the one. You can also look for Juklio iglesias' vocal versions of tangos. great. but if you want to recognized ARR's ta ra pam pa etc... search the accordion tangos.
