SRIKANTH DEVA AND SABESH-MURALI AS MUSIC DIRECTORS.

Thenisai thendral Devas son Srikant Deva and his brothers Sabesh-Murali who were assisting him for his films have become MDs through 'Doubles'. The music sounds good and the songs are OK. Sabesh-Murali have recently signed for a new movie. This is a good move respecting humanity and relationship. They are equally talented. They are getting a break with their new film assignment. A broad minded move from Thenisai Thendral Deva is'nt it?

  It is great for Deva to promote his son and brother in tfm. I think they are talented, when seeing their shows on the TV on important occasions.
  Atleast they should not repeat the mistake of tuning songs with resemblance. Devas Daughter Sangeetha is also a good singer and he has given her only one chance ( in variance with Ilayaraja who literally vocalises all the songs with his daughter Bhavatharini ).
  Srikanth Deva has done two songs in doubles which are great fast numbers. His melody is clicking. He sounds humble like AR Rahman in the press and public media.
  What is the name of the movie which Sabesh and murali are scoring music?

  The Deva Co should atleast try to be different and not eccentertic. They can try giving tamil songs in tamil(ha Ha). Usage of good lyrics with a taste for the language and good diction are the need of the hour.
  They will succeed only if they do this. Last but not the least, they should not sing when they are MDs with the precedence of IR.DEVA.?YSR.ARR,MSV.

  Deva & Co Guys,- whether you compose originally or not is your botheration to prove your longivity in tfm.

  UVII- You are right. When even KR and YSR cannot stand in front of Praveen mani, Harris Jayaraj and Dhinaa, where is the question of these people who have already exposed thier cult in the songs of Deva.

  UVII-Why should guys feel ashamed if Deva and co are composing? Are you guys cowards, blabbering things out of insecurity? Why dont you think sane!
  
  Ranganathan street boys - You are stuck in the market street listening to noices. If you start listening to sensible voices and tunes composed by Harris, Praveen, Dhina the current hot cakes, you will know who they are.
  
  Veriyan - Dont be obsessed. Music field is an ocean and every one have their own styles to cherish. Gone are the days of Monotony and monopoly.
  All the music directors start with a simple begining and gain only by experience. Imagine Annakili songs and the 90s music of IR to note this difference. They will sound better.
  
  Add flame and camphor to your 'Vytherichal'- Srikant Deva is doing a major Album on 'Shakthi'- musically conceiving enery of sound, apart from his new sign up from Sivasakthi Pandian.
  
  Sabesh-Murali have signed up a movie "Samudhram" with Supergood films Chaudhry, K.S.Ravikumar combination and the muharut song has been appreciated as super by the press. Everybody have a simple begining and develop with gaining experience. It is not fair to compare and abruptly turn them down as though they are talentless. They have proved their smartness and even IR has given an opinion in a weekly interview that he appreciates the hardwork of the Deva brothers.
  
  We need to appreciate music. Not depreciate like senseless country-bruts! I think that is what tfm is meant for!:-)

  M.Kumaran son of Mahalakshmi was launched with a lot of fanfare today at the Prasad Studios in Chennai. Ravi, one of the biggest discoveries of 2003 with Jayam is the hero.
  Ravi’s father ‘editor’ Mohan is the producer and brother M.Raja who trusts only remakes was searching for the right film to recreate the magic. Now they are remaking the Telugu blockbuster Amma Naana O’Tamil Ammai (ANOTA) .
  
  The film titled M.Kumaran son of Mahalakshmi will have Ravi playing the happy-go-lucky guy Kumaran who listens only to his mother. Nadia Moidu who is making a second entry into films after a 10-year break will play the powerful mother’s role. Telugu actress Asin is the heroine and the cast also has Vivek, Prakash Raj and Raj. Music is by debutant Srikanth Deva, son of Deva. Stunts are by Peter Haynes and dialogues are by Prasanna Kumar.
  
  The first shot was taken in front of a pillayar idol on Ravi and Nadia. Said Nadia: “It is good to be back in front of the camera after a long break. The role excited me and that’s why I am here”. Young stars like Srikanth, Dhanush and Sibi Raj attended the pooja along with the bigwigs of the industry.
