Tamil singers underrated

It was surprising to see the rating of the top ten playback singers of TFM in kumkumum

1. Though the order was quite okay, the saddest part is that the top 2 other state singers are paid 45k for a song (excluding their travel and stay) but our karthik, tippu, srinivas and harish is paid only 12k.
2. I really wonder how come they missed unnikrishnan in the top 10

  The rating was as follows
  1. Udit Narayanan - 45 k
  2. Kay Kay - 45 K
  3. Hariharan - 40k
  4. shankar Mahadevan - 40k
  5. Srinivas - 12k
  6. harish - 12k
  7. Karthik - 12k
  8. Tippu - 10 - 12k
  9. Unni menon - 12k

  Thanks Karthik for the post. Well, as they say, "Maatraan thotathu malligai manakkum". Paying so much for a Hindi singer who cant get the words right? Mmm... something wrong here!! Well I definitely dont doubt the singing capabilities of Udit but singing in Tamil with the correct diction, sorry! I guess our singers deserve a better deal. Btw, what happened to others like SPB, Unnikrishnan...? Is there a list for the female singers too?

  SPB, Mano, Jesudas and M.vasudevan.. were not considered for the rating as they are seniors:-)))
  
  Unni krishnan was nither in the senoiors list nor the other list...
  
  Female singers u can find it in the next issue

  i think Unnikrishnan should get as HH & Sanger Mahadevan..OMG y dey dun even put him atleast in top-10 singer list...datz really bull shyt.

  awight noe, dun get all workd up n juz get a lyfe. kay kay iz real gud, he iz da bomb. unni prolly soundz like hez a cat wid a sore throat, unni juz cant sing 4 nutz. juz look at hariharan, srinivas, unni menon, these guyz juz rock n still dey r way down der, not even in da top 5. so grow up n accept da facts, kid - unni aint even got as many fanz as hariharan, whoz not even in da top 3. all da ppl who sayz unni iz gud shud get der earz checkd up
