  But interesting isn't it. AM copying MS. MS can't complaint as he will be caught in other scams and AM has no bearings as ne never bothers such things. Its his job mind you..to copy.

  All this 'songs being bought by Boney' argument is bull!@#$
  Whom do they buy the song from? The movie's producer or the MD? And why buy this song from an altogether different movie? Perhaps director Surya introduced Anu Malik to the music of mani Sharma's 'Youth'!!!
  
  When the Hindi filmmakers say they bought the rights of the remake, most of the times they credit at least the original writer. Will Anu Malik do the same when it comes to acknowledge the music source? What about his earlier 'chori' of ARR songs in Gentleman and IR's song in Thevar Magan?

  Attention!!! for those who think that in Hindi KUSHI, the Sakhiyae Sakhiyae, song is actually not from the Tamil film, YOUTH, it is actually Mani Sharma composed tune for the Telugu KUSHI, (The music director for the Tamil version was Deva, Telugu was Mani Sharma.) played by Pawan Kalyan and Bhoomika. The song, Sakhiyae Sakhiyae in Telugu was, Chaliya Chaliya. So, the Tamil is not original. And as far as the question of copying the song goes, well, for those who don't know Bonney Kappor (who is producing the Hindi KUSHI) has legally bought the Music rights also, from A M Rathnam, who produced the Tamil and Telugu KUSHI. So, Anu Mallik can use the song, it is not wrong. There is no question of copying.
  
  But all my above arguements dors not mean that Anu Mallik, is not a copycat, he is a master copycat.

  What stupid logic is this? If the MD is same then this is no copying. If the MD is different, then this is copying.

  Actually the tune 'jiya maine jiya' resembles
  Anu Malik's earlier tune 'churake dil mera, from the movie "Main Khiladi Tu Anari", which was composed way back in 1994. So, rather Mani Shanker has copied his song from Anu Malik. Moreover, today everyone copies.

  It is not an issue. Anumalik copied many songs from other MD's. After ARR entry to BOLLYWOOD all the hindi MD's sucked.
  
  In the past HFM had great MD'd RD.Burman,Laxmykanth pyarilal and then Nadeem shravan, Jatin lalit.
  
  Anu Malik is nothing but our hindi DEVA.

  Boney kapoor bought the rights of the movie (read story) from AM rathnam. It does not mean Anu Malik can lift Mani Sharma's music. The rights of a tune and song rest with MD. That is the way it is always. Needless to say, it is a beautiful song by Mani Sharma, full credit for him (infact all the telugu songs in Kushi are instant hits)..
  
  Where is the statement that Boney Kapoor bought the music rights also?? I never saw a statement like that ever in my life as far as Indian Film Music is concerned.
  
  I was shocked/surprised when Anu Malik started to say that he is suing somebody for Moulin Rouge. What the hell...
