Ilayaraja's Life to be Directed By Bala!

The life history of Illayaraja who is a stalwart music director in tamil film industry for the last 28 years is going to be made into a tv serial.

Illayaraja started his journey in tamil film music direction in the year 1976 through his film "Annakili" and till date has composed music for more than 800 films.He has also published his autobiography.

Now it is being picturised as a tv serial and this will be starting to be screened in Jaya Tv from Tamil New Year which is on April 14.Along with Bala the serial is being directed by Anu Mohan and Saravanapandian.For the first time Bala is directing a tv serial and this has caused great surprise among film and tv people.

  lol wat would Bala direct abt....i mean d only thing i can think of is IR's dying career (tho it isnt) theres isnt anything gloomy abt IR (course he does wonders with sad songs) lol Bala has problems i think.....look at his movies.

  piratheepan..gloomy movies are not bad movies..and happy movie arent good ones..

  Bala is doing serious movies and they are bound to be gloomy, athaan vaazhkai! ;-) ... But I liked the way in which he makes it interesting. Surya, for instance, kept alive the interest in Pithamagan. Bala makes sure that the audience don't lose interest.

  illayaraja die from being electircuted when he tries to play electric guitar to keep up with the tredn?
  or illayara dies after being poisoned by YSR for outselling his(YSR) albums?
  or KR kill his father for not getting enough project?..

  simple man IR is not just an MD for his fans. he is our LIFE. one of my friends who is a successful business man often says IR illaena naan padichu irukavae mudiyaathunnu- avar music oditae iruakanum naan padikkum bodhu illaena i wudnt hav passed my exams[he was the university topper]. such was the impact of IR and his music for us.
  no other MD in the world film scenario wud hav achieved such a fan following. fan following doesnt mean the way u people r thinking. we r so emotionally connected with IR thro his music.... we relate every feelings of ours with his music. what more do u people need for a man to become. he is an UNPARALLED PHENOMENON in the history of world cinema. may be his impact lies within the boudary of TN. so be it.
  wat else can u people do to defame him. can anyone pollute fire? the ignorants like paran and thiru wont understand this now. hopefully theyll grow up someday. till then lets enjoy living with IR's music.

  IR - The guy who acted as pEikkaaman in Virumaandi (Shanmugapaandiyan? )
  
  SPB - SPB Charan.
