  these r exactly the kind of movie which IR cud have very well avoided. He doesnt deserve these comments.

  i don't agree with the "songs not good" part.... i have the CD, and i like all the songs.... pls do listen to the songs once and then comment on it.... may be its picturised badly.... i have no clue on that.... but the album for sure is worth...

  I think you people are talking about the suvalakshmi cum sathyaraj's brother film.
  if that is so then, have only listened to one song from the film and it has some words like
  "thakki mukki thikki thaalam"
  "takku mukku tokku melam"
  
  I don't know whether what I have written is right. I couldn't follow it at all. I don't want to say use strong words like crap, horrible and all.
  I know that it is the kind of film that IR should avoid. I agree with what bharath has said.
  My impression of that song, after seeing it in TV is not any thing that will please IR fans.

  CF i think u r referring to the song "Rasaathi Rasaathi Penne"..... may be the song was picturised badly...... and why is that u get to hear only the "thakki mukki" part of the song ? if possible, listen to the song completely (if u have video only, pls close the eyes :-) ).... hear the song completely and then comment..... the same song has another sentence "kaatilaa pottal anandha paatttu..... thotilaaa pootaaal ararro paaatu...."..... edhu theriadhu ungallukku....

  -Koil mani kettaene for being simple, and yet, good and for the interludes
  -Konjum kuyilin paattu for sounding more native
  -Vanji kodi...a good song in a common rhythm (with slight deviation) which is difficult as it is a 'common rhythm'

  Useless question. They know what they are doing. When ARR basahing is the only moto then where is the logic?
  All the SPB maniac and self proclaimed tamizh sol saviours will only find ARR to put their vengence.

  Folks,
  
  I saw Ilayavan yesterday... Same hero as KUT...
  Another move that can be watched once for our maestro only. All the songs must have been due to the initiative of IR only... Except one song (sinukku sinukkunnu... by Mano), I liked all the other four songs... BGM is also very good at many places.
  
  The movie just appears to be an attempt by the producer to promote his son as a hero...
