  I hope the album is an inspired effort from IR and is made with sound production values and above all, publicized well and marketed well. (Sony music, Are you listening???)
  
  The last thing I want is this great effort going unnoticed... It's time the West (and the rest of India too) acknowledged this legend!
  
  I'm sure all of you will agree that it's a great opportunity for IR to prove his detractors wrong (remember symphony???) by coming up with a gem of an album. Here's wishing him all the very best!

  Record Sales of Kaathalukku Mariyathai should probably get some big company like Sony to release it.. But a bit unlikely as SOny as once turned down IR for the Symphony ..

  I expect this to be as good as any of his other non-filmy albums(HTNI, NBW & India 24 hrs). However the name makes me curious. One MD came up with "Vande matharam" the first line of a patriotic song and now we have IR coming up with "Jaya Jaya Jaye He" the last line of India's national anthem..Is this a marketing strategy or what?

  I too feel that the name sounds a bit 'put-on'.
