  Kandippa Maestrovai vitta indha padathukku music vEra yaaraalum nallaa pannamudiyaathu! The rest of the crowd can fill the slot! But, Maestrovitku irukkum experience pOdhum, leave alone gyanam!!Moreover, for a grand movie like this,no other MD gets near the project in terms of talent, experience! What should have been an automatic selection, is being contemplated!! May be we IR fans are not able to stand the suspense, eventhough its very much on the wall!!
  But, again, Kamal cannot be taken for granted! He may select any other MD and give a "oru pakka" badhil in Kumudham, Kalki why he selected some one else like A or B or C and he will ensure that the readers, in the end, go "guna" about the MD selection!!   Now, let's get real, ok?
  
  Ramki was partially right (congratulations!:-)
  Kamal and Prabudeva are brothers, separated at birth (a completely new approach on how they were separated). They grow up becoming excellent dancers, Kamal as a Bharatha Natyam dancer and Prabudeva as a modern dancer. Prabudeva's girlfriend dies in an accident caused by Kamal(this is told in a flashback). Off course Prabudeva doesn't know about Kamal's involvement. When Kamal comes to know that Pdeva is his brother, he is unable to reveal it, because Pdeva will then learn that Kamal killed his wife! The pace is now set for a explosive drama! Things beacome tense, when Pdeva uncovers past truth to avenge his girlfriend's killing.
  You can expect some good classical songs and rap numbers. Kamal chose Deva because while IR will excel in classical numbers, only ARR can give catchy modern numbers. So he had to compromise and opt for Deva. Cheap with the right frills. Wise business decision, I would say.

  IR is way beyond the point of needing big-banner films. IMO he is way beyond film music. Film music is too constraining for him. He himself has said this in his recent interviews. And bigger the budget, the higher the stakes and tougher are the constraints (one senti number, two fast dance numbers, one love song, one Taminglish song etc).
  
  I will be much happy if he avoids this stuff and gives me an album like India 24 Hours every year.
