  A piece of warning for new entrants to DFs like me. Don't ever put ur real email id. I thought I was being honest and put it once, result my hotmail account is now getting spammed! If u want to let us know ur id, put it within the body and also split it so that no program could automatically detect it as a email id. That might help.

  Kamal has supposedly sung 3 songs! But infact he
  has been used to only narate some sentences written by Sujatha (the writer). Like how Aravind Swamy was used in Iruvar.

  The Blast is an excellent effort from Yuvan. He should have avoided some bits and pieces in chippukkulle where you will be reminded of some bits from Minsara Kanavu and May matham. Overall this album is much better than Poovellam Kettuppar. The only sad thing is you need to listen to the album atleast 5 times to appreciate :( Buy this cassette, it is definitely worth a try.

  More I listen , more i get irritated.
  What a waste of time.

  I also bought the CD after reading this site. I have to agree the album is a crap. Please do not waste your money!. Instead buy good old IR albums.

  The blast is one of the best album in tamil music industry.But it take time to be hit.When I first time
  buy it i think the taste of song is not very good.After
  listen to all of the songs in about 3 weeks,it were hit to me.The humming,rhythm,composing style and soft and need music were very good.

  But for me guys the song Mama mama is very good ; mixing of carnatic & Western music.
  
  Alagu and Kuamar try to listen this song at least twise at one time. U will love it....
  
  Lyrics is about a family ; its touching about the family budget & other ordinary family activties....
  
  And Kums ... i'm realy sorry if word was made 'Vethanai' to u...pls forgive me..

  I really liked the blast. I thought Mama Mama was a very different way of mixing carnatic and western music but I'm not sure if it will go down so well with others. Especially as two 'Munnani' carnatic singers have sung it. Ivanga rendu peyarum carnadaga sangeethaththil sirandha peyar eduththavarkal.Athilum, Nithyashree vandhu Pattammallin Pethi.Pattammalluku ithellaam pidikkumo ippo???

  YSR is impressive from Aravindan. He is fluent, free flowing and catching with the trend. Unfortunately all his efforts are wasted with movies becoming flops (Aravindan, Velai, Poovellam Kettuppar etc.,). ARR as someone commented Automatic Recycling Rehman does not impress me anymore. But his recording style is really wonderful. That is one element missing in others

  The page is empty when I access it.
  Anyway, I have heard UEU before. Like someone said, YSR should refrain using some instrument pieces which sound exactly like ARR's. Otherwise, I think he has a good eye/ear for catchy melodies.
