English to Tamil..obscure songs

does anybody know which movie featured this song 'Devi kundaloo brindavanam'. Well the fact is I went into this AT&T wireless store and the guy there was showing his ringtones and he played this tune and I rattled off the lyrics of the first two lines..and then both of us were stunned..I wondered how he knew a Tamil song. I then found out that this was a take from a English song by THE TURTLES name "Happy Together".Wonder how many such obscure songs exist.
