Our south indian singer Srinivas has released a new album (i don't know the name of the album). i've seen a song from that album.
the song is really good. and...one "Arudhal vishayam" is that the theme of that song is not "love". i don't know why (almost all the albums) songs are based on love.seems there is no other topic to be discussed in the whole world.
srinivas has got a very good voice. but he is not singing many songs. Our MD's should realise the truth that there are many "hariharans & unni krishnans". if chances are given to him, i think, he will definitely sing well........better than hariharan.
is there anybody having a different opinion ?
btw, does anybody know the name of his album ?

Srinivas is really good,...and i say so more becos he has not had any formal training in Music, as he claims.
but comparing him with someone like Hariharan is not something that i would even think of doing....Hariharan has got the best mellifuous, soothing voice that can traverse 3 octaves with atmost ease and confidence....its going to be tough to find another Hariharan.
Srini himself idolises HH...:)...and from the way he has sung "Oru Poiyavadhu Sol" from Jodi, and "Chotta Chotta" from Tajmahal,....he seems to be trying his best to imitate HH the great !
