Songs with Love and Peace

Hi Guys,
let's do our part in order to stop US attack Iraq...

list out all songs which has teh touch of Love, unity, peace and anti-war.

And let's get our local radios play these songs, i mean through Song Request segments.

By then, we can show that we are also concern abt the world, and our world does not revolve only around IR or ARR. Please don't start any fight here.

Hope all fo you would do some contribution to world PEACE.

  Paran, don't join the dunces who are trying to turn history on its head.
  
  America was built on the foundations of life, liberty and pursuit of happiness. This helped it to overcome difficult social problems such as slavery, civil rights, equality for women etc.
  
  So when osama attacked USA, he has unleashed the might of USA to defend its people; the same mistake was committed by the Japanese in 1941 when they attacked pearl harbour.
  
  Why cant other nations in the world such as Iraq, Iran , Pakistan and many other nations where the rights of human beings are trampled alter their cause of history by caring about the rights of their citizens to a better life?
  
  The talk of war for oil is just an attempt by revisionist and the morally weak.
  
  I want to quote what Otto von Bismarck said in the late 19th century "The weak gain strength by effrontery and the strong become weak by inhibitions."
  
  I am glad USA doesn't hide behind inhibitions or the obscene hippocrisy of nations like France, Germany and the NAM movement but rather bring justice to the world. And the first step is removing Saddam, the modern day Hitler.
  
  Where were you folks when Saddam violated the right of Kuwait to exist as sovereign nation?

  Kum_laden and everyone else who thinks my idea of spreading the LOVE within the medium Indian love most, music, is a un-workable idea, please read this brothers.
  
  We were not able to stop the war that had happened, but we can still make a difference by pointing out to the world, through radio, that whatever they are up to are wrong, totally wrong.
  
  Okie, it my fault that I specified the US-Iraq war, in that case lets do this to all the wars happening around the world, SL, US-Iraq, terrorist-war and all the other wars which brings only more and more harm and damage.
  
  It is not abt Indian brothers and sisters we are talking here, it's about all the human beings, especially those kids, the innocence of them all.
  
  Be with me guys....please...for one good reason.

  SO you didnt think SL had kids and innocent? Its not only you said Iraq-US but also you didnt say anything when ppl were killed in your country next to you. But when its some popular country you are like trying to be nice.
  
  I was there when everyone hoped that we wont die today... shooting and bombing.. we hoped so much someone would interfere and stop SL Army. We were so hurt tamilnadu did nothing about it and NOTHING.. except some political useage in elections.

  what about gujarat ? what songs came to our minds then ? are we now assured that such riots will not be repeated ? forget about US-Iraq and lets pray for the kids, the innocence of them, all in our own neighborhood - a place where in a spark a riot can take place and the mob can go scot free..

  yes paran, sadly its the true reality. we are busy with our own things unless the war/riots affect us personally.
  
  noted this song 'oru thaai makkal naam enbom' in the kannadasan thread.
  
  maniratnam movies like Roja, Bombay, Uyire all had war/terrorism topic as backgrounds. but can't remember a song which actively proclaimed about peace there. to add - terrorism for one is independance movement for other.
