Anand Milind's copied songs of Ilayaraja

Since, Karthik of i2fs doesn't want his disk to explode, he has left it out. But, I think it is worthwhile to document them here. So this thread.

  MuthukkuLikka vareegaLaa was used by Mehmood in
  'Do [Flowers]'. Music: RDB.
  
  However, I think, they meant well in using the
  Tamil song in that movie. It was meant to be
  comical and a nice&funny import from the South;
  we can see it as a happy contribution from TFI
  to Bollywood.
  
  I wonder if they meant to make fun OF the South
  in that song... :-)

  does anyone know which film Aasaye Kathule Thoothu Vittu was copied to Hindi? it had two versions, virtualy ditto.

  btw, neele neela ambar per is fantastic in hindi, by Kishoreda. That is the advantage of Hindi, it is musical (Karthik Raja said it first) but as a spoken lingo, I stay away from it. The ha syllable provides excellent ambience effect in hindi, which you can';t find in any other language. except Arabic of course.
  
  Neele Neele ambar per is one of the best foot tapping songs in Hindi and sung by Kishore for KA with fantastic accoustic drums, way better than the tamil original. SPB sounds flat and broing, only grace is IR' orchestration thorough.

  Aasaye Kathule Thoothu Vittu song from Jhonny was copied by AnandMilind in SunnyDoel/Poojabhat starrer Angrakshak. There is another lift in this movie. The original is a beautiful IR number MAlli MAlli Idi Raniroju from Chiranjeevi starrer Raakshasudu

  Shridhar, thanks! btw, has anyone heard Vinashak of Viju Shah? some 1994 release, almost all songs just plain IR style and i thought was by Karthik Raja because it was released having cover jacket of Grahan. One song is worthy of mention, a group dance number, i forgot the name, but it is amazingly IRish especially when an IR movie Paattu Padava came out that time with similar sounds.
