Mistakes seen or heard in TFM.

Just wondering if DFers have noticed songs which have off-beats, or beats out of sync. Sometimes IMO you have songs released with a stanza cut-off from the soundtrack version and the song generally heard sounds offbeat. .

An example is Raja Raja Sri Rajan Vandhan from Ootyvarai Uravu, the beat thru out the song sounds out of place, even though it is intentional, the last stanza on the version surely sounds out of beat..

  Ennai Theriyuma (who else MGR :) starts with a drums solo - sounds like the whole unit fell on the ground and was recorded ...
  
  Paruvam Enadhu Paadal (Ayirathil Oruvan) - the initial instrumental before the spanish(?) guitar starts sounds off beat..(a combination of a few instruments - seem to be running after the bongos beat) . In the recording I have before Idhayam enadhu Oor aagum - the brush ( for a better word - used on drums - what is the technical word for it?) also seems off beat..
  
  Vizhiye Kadhai Yezhudhu (Urimaikural) in the last stanza when KJY sings Vizhiye the gap sounds a microsecond off :) I remember in the movie the song had an additional stanza, and if I remember correctly the song sounded slow in the movie -

  "intha punnagai enna vilai" is a beautiful blues-based number that suddenly goes pastoral south indian just before the final stanza. may not be a technical fault but the song definitely suffered on account of that.

  Friends,
  I have no great music knowledge. But as an ordinary listener I had/have a question , if you can recall the starting piece of music(?) in Akkada from Indian. The first time I had the song played I really thought that my tape had been stuck. Can anyone explain whether it is really an interesting piece added intentionally or just something to fool the liteners.

  There is a similar crappy start for the music at the beginning of "Thillana thillana". But I am afraid to say that it is not ARR's creation(!). It was lifted from some Indonesian music!! Last year when I was in Bangalore, some slightly old English film (The Island of Dr.Moreau) was released (Marlon Brando). In that, I got stunned to hear the same music, for which Dr.Moreau's daughter will be dancing! If any of you get a chance to see that movie, please confirm this. Engirundhu copy adikkarangappa!!!

  This one comes from my memory, not sure of the validity...
  
  in 'Ullathai Allitha' there's this song, 'I love you sonnaale..', which has the line,
  saelaikku vaetti.. pottiyaa..
  but, the in the picture, both of'em were dancing with suit and that-thing-that-ramba-wears-always! ( i could never get it's name! :-))
