  What I clearly meant as com bination is majority of NORTH want R.D BURMAN clones to come together and not caring much for southies whether they are single or combined.After TAAL, ARR is yet to give them a HIT....To start a thread on combination....There is no need...When MSV was jobless in mid 1980s he assisted IR for couple of films and other than that MSV independently composed two songs for MELLA THIRANDHADHU KADHAVU....Otherthan this there was not much of combinations with IR...Please do not tell me about the combinations with some BEETHOVENS and MOZARTS...ahmed

  I don't understand what you intend to say. Sorry if I am wrong. As IR fans would like no combo with ARR, ARR fans won't like a combo with ARR. Why to talk about something like 'will Kamal and Rajini act together? again'.

  JATIN or LALIT...ANANDorMILIND they never composed music individually. Together JATIN-LALIT ARE equivalent to one MD..You can call them combination only when JATIN&LALIT join hands with ANUMALLICK or ANAND&MILIND...NORTH they are not keen on two sets of MDS coming together....They do not want BACK STREET BOYS and VENGABOYS to come as COMBINATION...Ippa Puriyudha????...ahmed

  I believe your judgement is premature, if you intend to say I bash ARR. Sorry. I don't like the way ARR fans bash IR and same is true for IR fans too. There is no denying fact that I am a IR fan but I listen to all MD's composition. I am not a ARR basher. That does not mean if I bring out something which is against ARR I am a ARR basher. And most of my postings are kind of reactions. I tried to answer for some previous postings, if you had gone th' them all.

  ARR is one idiot who spoled the taste of tamils. Any body who says ARR has done a marvelous work is not good in
  analytical thinking. Arr is good sound engineer rather than a Composer. He ahs come just to ear money. He doesn't have
  any talents at all to experiment with music. He does magic with the electronic instruments. Don't compare ARR with the
  Maestro. IR is Music.Gone are the times when we used to have films with The soulful music with nativity touch given by
  IR. the real fact is Even now IR is capable to give fantastic melody songs. But he doesn't have the support of good film
  technicians and the people with the good taste. probably spoiled by ARR, Deva
  
  Listen to IR songs u will become a person of soft nature. Best way to relax ur mind.
  
  Atlast, Tamil songs have lost the originality that it had before. ARR is a packa copier. I think he is spending most of his

  The forum I started "ARR musically challenged" unforunately closed. It shows admin people here are ARR biased. Letting that topic die takes away the truth from true musician's eye.This is what Yesudas has to say about Rahman type music. I am not going to stop the crusade.   Request #2. You seem to be exaggerating and misinterpreting from the interview. Yesudas never mentioned anything about ARR or ARR-type of music. To quote from the article verbatim "Yesudas bemoaned the lack of melody in film tunes these days, which he felt was replaced by "instrumental noise". Please do not drag Yesudoss into some unnecessary controversy and attribute stuff which he did not say!!

  Swasame is a beautiful song - The saving grace of 'thenali'?!
  
  SPB rocks. The only draw back in the song is Sadhana Sargam in height of constipation.
  
  Another decent number in the album is 'alankati mazhai'. The song starts off very good then sort of stuggles to keep up to the promise of the starting bit. A catchy number none the less.
  
  Parts of 'a. m.' song reminded me of 'netriravu nadanthathenna nee ariyaayo' from 'isai mazhai'. Any relationships?

  My opinion about Thenali goes with kooththan.,
  Swasamee is a good song - Except for Sadhana Sargam's Consistent Tamil kolai (Ivar thamizhil paaduvathaRku thadai vithikka eethaavathu vazi irukkiRathaa ? Just curious ;-)
  'Aalankatti mazai' is another beautiful song, Sujatha has made it even more appealing - Excellent voice, Good lyrics too (Looking at the situation of the song !). I felt it has shades of 'Chandiranaith thottathu yaar' in some places - athuthaan koncjham SARishaa irukku.,

  Mr.Nurags fan. you are exactly correct.ARR is not only a copier of english movies and national geographic channels!! But also a copier of his OWN REPEATED TUNES.A second class (or to be precise ,a third class!?)music lovers only would enjoy his remixed music!BUT ONETHING EVERYBODY HAS TO ACCEPT.   hmm...kurukku siruthavalE surely seems to be an inspiration. The original Nagin like music in the prelude have been replaced by a slightly modified flute music. Worth checking out !!!
