Today, in Chennai, 'KAATHAL SAMRAJYAM' audio cassette release function is done.

  i heard all the songs (except the theame music) in Side A..... good..... but i would like to pass this advice..... many of his Dad's songs went unnoticed cause of JUNK lyrics.... this album reminds me of that..... YSR, pls concentrate on lyrics.... (IR and KR too).....

  the song "Vidinjakaaa kalyanam" - there is one piece that comes in this song which is 100% replica of "enee leavuu leavuu leaveeeuuu" song from "Jeans"..... YSR ?????

  1. iru kangal sollu kaadhal sedhi........ a very good song.... first time I listened to it I liked this song....definitely the best number of the album
  
  2. kalluri pada - looks like nee illai endral + kadhal website ondru.......... shankar's usual high pitch song...... not that great a song... might be a foot tapping number
  
  3. poovai lock - A techno kinda song from YSR....... again this song didnt impress me......... techno lovers might like it...
  
  4. Theme music - another techno beat...... I hope YSR uses more strings that these technos...
  
  5. Thooli thozha - A good number........ once he backs off from techno music, YSR looks pretty good...
  
  6. Vidinja thaan - sounds similar to athaan varuvaga from dum dum dum... not a catchy number........
  
  Overall an above average album from YSR.... Definitely he was not at his best.... Nowhere near Aravindan or PKP......... Iru kangal is one song I would definitely listen for sometime..........

  Thiru - listen to "Mullai poo soodi".... u r sure to be carried away..... can someone confirm me this - i first thought it was SPB who had sung the song, but it really did'nt sound exactly SPB.... does this voice belong to "Charan" ?

  Yuvan is a kid compared to ARR. It is these kind of comparisons that make ARR fans mad and we shoudl avoid it.

  it is overall a nice album from YSR
  iru kangal sollum and mullai poo soodi are the best among the tracks
  then comes thozhi thozha and sithanna vaasal
