is arr unfair to spb?

arr did not use spb in jeans,bombay,kandu kondein kandu kondein,rhythm,alaipayuthe.

  After ARR there has been significant change in arranging of tracks to prepare an audio taped musical sound (also CD's). The advent of Sony, Magnasound has given us 14 track epic facility.
  
  SO what this means is musical intruments sounds can be arranged neatly on tracks the way a carpenter "sedukkifies" his wood!
  
  That results in music having equal number of tracks as the voice (making vairamuthu et all naively complain that rahmans music clouds the voice)
  
  with such music prominence voice's importance has considerably lessened and we do not require the "nelive selivu" of voices like in IR times ( "ithu oru pon malai pozhuthu" is an excellent example of complex singing intonations for every word)
  
  HH, UK therefore do not need the skill set of spb KJY to sing now, doesnt mean that they r inferior but just means that times have changed. SPB(listen to "en kaathale" its a george michael style of singing no intonations anywhere) KJY have changed with times. HH , UK, SM neednt bring that sort of carnautic tuch in filmy music. (although "krishna nee beegane" by HH was superb)
  
  
  I dont disagree with musical prominence. I think the person who plays violin, guitar, keyboard, flute are also talented human beings if they can be pushed into the BG in olden days by singers why not the reverse now. all are equal!
  
  why not in 15 years from now we start a topic on this violinist/ guitarist not been given opportunities instead of talking abt singers like now...

  I agree with u abot "chinathambi",'oh priya priya", being super dooper hit, cos of IR's tunes, but they way the songs were sung by mano is horrible & unbearable, DR.SPB should have sung it make it mega hit!!!!!!!!!,
