  Ya he mentioned that such a thing is there in pipe line..but did he say any thing concretely. He was answering to a question where the questioner asked "with such a popularity you command, why don't you compose tunes of Bharathi's poem" and ARR replied "he has such Ideas" What's wrong?
  He is manasthan only, that is why he will do it at the right time by which Bharathi's and his effort will have global recognition as happened to VM.

  So, going by your post, SMK's 'Amma' song has its roots in ARR's 'Kollayile', which in turn has its roots in 'Duri Duri' (according to Are Yaar)!

  IR songs started having resemblances with his old tunes after 700 + movies. But they are not rehash just resemblances.
  
  He rehashed some songs even before that in telugu, but not the entire bunch of songs like ARR(Star, Jodi now Saathiya(most songs from AP)). Remember ARR is doing within hundred movies, which is why people are charging him. Also if you look at it, ARR takes lots of time, money etc to compose an album and definitely he is expected to deliver more. Isn't it?
  
  Even recently Kasi was a remake from a Malayalam film and remember both are South Indian and songs can be readily more aptly reused. But as I know still IR composed most of the songs as new composition!(Guys I am quoting from one of your postings about this as I have not listened to the Malayalam version of it). I don't like Kasi songs, that is different.
  
  If you consider rehashing once in a while and rehashing often as same, then we can keep IR and ARR in same boat.
  
  Most of the times, I feel the only problem with IR is his attitude. But for that he is definitely ahead of other composers in talent.(Man he composed 40 films with BGM a year and most of them were quality compositions. He made it look easy).

  To all the Decade of Psycho Vaitheruchal Sh*ts here,
  
  What happened to all the sweet talk trying so hard to convince the normal ppl here that you are not sick m*****r f*****s! Tortured souls trying to infiltrate into IR forums in a unpleasant way eh? :) What happened? Caved in due to too much pressure? Please let us know. Coz it makes us happy.
  
  You are only making all of us just too happy. Apart from showing your sudden volcanic stomach eruptions, ie. just because of the all the attention that IR is getting from BBC and just because many ppl are re/discovering him and his movies of late and his works of late, you poor ruptured souls have resorted to so many indirect mud slinging. Gosh, you are even bigger bigot than al-qaieda.
  
  It still doesn't end. AY, while he is still AY, he will certainly behave like AY.
  
  WN, while trying to say nice things about IR, gives it away, intentionally or unintenionally, about how he disapproves of IR and what is going on. Another one who really 'thaanga mudiyavillai' all the happenings of IR. WN lost it.
  
  And to another real goon who tried to put down IR's Rakkamma Kaiya Thattu song with this quote,"If Mani had not given such a situation, with all the possibilities open, this song may not have come about." I got news for you, if the same Mani did not discover or get recommended to take ARR, then which sh*t hole do you think he would still be in still producing pathetic Airtel like commercials with Riverdance's or Enya's 'inspirations'?
  
  While so many IR forums here are bustling away with activities, you decade of pathetic psychos are trying so hard to do the same for all/any ARR forums. Just take a look how many ppl visit here and also take a look at how many different people this decade of shit. Also take a look of what you talk about and the constant patting on each others
  backs ALL THE TIME ....seems more like gay activities goin on here. errrr....shivers!

  hmm..... eppadi thaan when IR was in peak, the directors and producers use to make him look like a GOD.... i wish they stop those things..... i have never seen MR or BR making IR look like a god, but they did show their respect..... wish the other directors follow this....

  To me it looks like Bala does not have the full script ready with him as was the case with his Sethu. That is why he is not sure where and how many songs would be there in the movie. No wonder he wanted IR to shoulder quite some responsibility (that of Pithaamahan?). This is not a good sign and hope he'll have everything concrete before the shooting starts. Somehow makes me not to expect a great movie from Bala this time.

  I do not agree with this. Will the pick pocket given the same senetence as murderer as both are crime? Your statements are on those lines.
  
  As a human all artists has inspirations and tendency of repeat their ideas. The question is how less one has got inspired(degree of inspiration and frequency of inspiration) and how long they could give work with less recycle is of paramount importance.
  
  In my opinion, IR could give fresh tunes in Ivan(appadi pakkurathunna and Ulagame)really surpised me and is a proof for his talent to be creative even after 800 movies. I would only say that he is not motivated by the kind of scripts he get to work and hence do uninteresting job many times.

  Does one need to install any font to read the Cinema Express pages? I found no instructions in English to do so. It doesn't appear to have dynamic fonts like Dinamani.
