  Good to see IR recycle his onw song here and people have accepted it. He seems to be doing it quite often now a days. In SMK alone some 3 songs are just improvisation on his old ones. Good,at least from now on people won't accuse ARR and spoil his thread for recycling as what had happened a year ago for Alli arjuna and star. Now they know they too live in glass house.

  Good to see IR doing a movie on nethaji. ARR is also scheduled to do a movie on Nethaji, directed by Shyam Benegal. Nice to pick to fight again. Hope the two films release together.

  You have a pathological problem, or a psychosomatic one? Did you have a nasty fall from the staircase and blackout while listening to someone say Ilayaraaja, and from that day, take it upon yourself to flail your arms at anything that starts with 'I'? Were you abused in some form by somebody with the name Ilayaraaja? Do you spend your nights (when you're not making a joke of yourself at TFMpage with your stud demeanour) tearing up all the posters lining Chennai walls that have IR's picture in it? Even all these don't cure you of your cold turkey? Time you got some serious help.

  Are Yaar, well said. Too bad our local preacher Suresh was not there to help out the dozens of poor souls who exhibited abhorrent behaviour in the ARR threads. But that's bcos our local preacher only practices IR-ism. Even though u have all rights as anyone else to make a comment on IR recycling songs (plus I admire how u did not use swear words), no one here can argue with you on the point you have made and hence have to call u names now. But of course u and I understand that. We have been visiting tis forum too long not to.

  I'm not a moral police for this forum. I can only react to the present, adversely sometimes to what I feel is unwarranted, and not because of historical pasts. I simply don't frequent threads that I can't actively participate in, so the ? of my repudiation to whatever has happened in ARR related doesn't arise.
  
  Nevertheless, I have in the past reacted while in a particular discussion personal flamebaits have been thrown at ARR or whoever, but dont have the patience yet to resurrect old posts and prove my point.
  
  Again, why one must vent his/her frustration at an unrelated audience for felt grievances at a disconnected loose cannon is something I fail to understand.
  
  Yet, if you've got the feeling that I've been particularly abusive and used swear words in my last post to Are Yaar, my apologies to him. Before it gets any trivial and draws in the fringe that revels in such situations, I'm pressing the 'esc' button..

  A decent album from IR. However, it remains to be seen how well it is received by TelFM listeners, especially the youngsters, for whom majority of the Tel movies are being made. IMO, TelFM has turned very peppy and beat oriented in recent years and they might find this album to be a little too soft on ears. The movie itself should have something worthwhile to offer and fare well at the BO to draw the attention of the youngsters.
  
  My opinion - going by the album looks like it will be an average movie. Not hoping much of a success unless some magic is done with the bgm...which would be a welcome:-) The singers should have rendered it much better. And as usual, there are some good tunes and interludes. My rating - Edo Mounaragam (thou a sad song), Kondapalli, Kommallo Koyila, Jajimalli, Sari sari, Chamaku cham...in that order.

  Somehow, I liked the tune of Edo mounaragam, moreso, the charaNam. While the album has got some good preludes/interludes, esp. Kondapalli, I find the 2nd interlude of Edo mounaragam quite fascinating - trumpets (in that style) and flute for a sad situation. That's rare...that's something!

  You need not been too apologitic to WN. I am used to some personal bashing and you can keep bashing me. I won't use bad language. That's my principle.
  
  But why are you jumping to heaven and earth. I pointed out the irony in IR fans outlook. The same people who critisised the western media when they praised BD, have now started believing that BBC poll is the most authentic poll to have been conducted in the history of mankind. Now wait a momement. The same result may turn against you and me. Come XYZ guy will be at the top and both ARR & IR would have been lost to some 100 odd nonsensical people in the list. This might happen, though I wish this does not happen and IR stays at top..sorry.. IR name not mentioned in the song..Rakkamma song stays on top.
  
  Before accusing me I just request for the last time probably to try to understand what for I have written such postings. When I attacked IR's thread earlier by repost I did it for a purpose. I don't so it now because there is no trouble now.
  
  When so many IR films came in recent times and bombed (Sorry..did okay) I never went about thread after threads to say that "see what happened..IR failed" and all. Go to New Releases of ARR page . See what your beloved CAPS KING "MUSIC LOVER" haas to say there.
  
  So think before you ink to say that I have a pathological problem.

  I follow SMK songs in TV and let me tell you what I feel as recycles. Many have pointed the same here to.
  
  1. There is a song - duet - like - "Gundumalli"
  It sound very close---even a replica of "Therkku theru machchane "
  That "pakkam vandhu vetkam thadukkudhu aaththadi" part of the latter is quite similar to the SMK song. IN SMK it is a bit lengthy. That's all.
  
  2. One IR song where again he calls "Amma...". This song - atleast the starting - reminds me of "Duri Duri dhumakka duri" song. I am right now not in India and so no chance to see TV again. But hope to see the Video of the films in comming days..I like Azhagi kind of films always..realistic ones.
  
  3. Isn't the "Edho unna nenachchu" song quite similar to
  "Chinnamanasukku vilangavillaiye
  nadappadhu ennena"
  part of "oliyile" song.? Don't say no. Certain things are quite obvious. I don't have any probs with anybody recycling their compositions. I have told this 100 times in the forum I only don't like those who spoil a entire thread of one MD of recycling and do not mind that at all when their own GOD does that.
  I have problem with the attitude of the people not with the MDs
