  In the song "Nilame.." before the second
  charanam I hear a humming (NOISE!!) like
  "poya AAGE.."..

  Now a days IR is great in DAPAGGUTHU not in rhythamatic music may be one or two in a year.
  
  The cool and creativity is only we could hear from ARR.

  Actually the fights in TFMpage are nothing that serious. Especially, considering that we have two MDs whose focus, inspiration and modus operandi are totally different there is bound to be enough debate and comparison. Even in bulletin boards where people talk about inanimate things like speakers, CDPlayers etc you should see the fights (see audioreview.com).
  Also, the more of our population gets economically better the more likely people are going to flock together based on interests (club mentality - a typical western trait). I am happy we are not fighting over such bad things as caste, even though some people do so in our country.
  BTW, re: ARR making money. Yes, there is lot of money in this business. People should get into it if they are interested. Only then we will have variety and diversity. Sheer competition should be able to kill the copycats and plagiarisers.

  In the song "Kaatre yen vasal vanthaii" instesd of the line 'thulli varum kaatre thaimozhi pesu' it would be more appropriate if it was 'Tamizh mozhi pesu'. Is ARR and others trying to strike neutral ground?

  Your posting seems to be against the very conception and existence of TFMPAGE :-) If, everyone listens to every MD and is complacent, it is equivalent to a goat grazing over a variegated grassland. After all, a goat, though has many choices, does not mind (or complain) about the plant it would eat. It eats and goes.
  
  Think of the situation when memebers of your fantastic society come to DF everyday and say :"When I was bathing, I listened to this song today" or "My grandfather had sung this song to me with his rough voice an year back". You'll just have a sack of such statments with absolutely no use for your brains. Do you want this DF to degenerate into one ?
  
  The point is that it is only because of diverse views that DF is still active. A person with a vehement affection for IR or ARR when claims one of his rotten songs to be the tune of the century and gets opposed by others. His presentation and the opposition he faces is all part of the enthusistic approach we have in discussing music.
  
  If I have to just sit back and appreciate what I like and that is all about music, there is nothing called a discussion. I must admit that the two year interaction I have had in this forum has polished my appreciation and has made me gain a lot of info.
  
  An IR fan listening to ARR's music is a facet of freedom ? yeah..that is very much the statement in the constitution :-)u r mistaken. An IR fan listening to songs of his own choice is freedom. He may be suggested to try ARR and if he likes it, it is he, who should decide on whether to continue listening to ARR (or vice versa).

  I don't think Buddhan was against the concept of discussing 'sensible" things in the DF. I guess he was trying to point out the facts that some statements were absurd and glorified to project something which wasn't there.
  
  I too agree with you, unless we all have a difference of opinion there is no such thing as discussion. But it has to be constructive and sensible.
  
  By the way, goat does not graze anything it finds. As far as the animals goes , they all have prefernces to eat what they like. (like us eating sambhar vadai etc-- A pure veg might find a non-veg eating meat as a goat eating in a grass land as per your definition--eating anything that moves on earth). We people tend to define those eating habits of animals differently cos it wasn't like what humans do (sort of like an analogy....pig pol thinaaraan etc). If a cow eats a poster from the wall, it likes it and eats it. Not kidaithathai thinnuvathu kidayathu. I am totally disagreeing with you on that point. :-)
