Has ARR started the downfall of TFM?

All times in EST +10:30 for IST.

Since ARR has joined TFM,we have seen a slow decrease in the quality if TFM. ARR introduced digital music which merely required good practical skills in programmimg and sound engineering. Now we see new MD's sprouting up all over the place and these people have very limited musical talent.
Just recently I read that for the movie "Hey Nee Romba Azhaga irruke" 5 new MD's have been signed. I feel that the talent in TFM is just becoming more and more diluted due to ARR's influence. What do you think about this?

  IR composes the tune, then adds the orchestration no srikanth. ir first composes tune (consider it to be first-hand information :-) ).
  
  sam: most vINai sounds you hear in film songs is guitar with appropriate sound effects (chorus and reverb tweaked properly).

  In the song 'Endhan Nenjil neegatha' song from Kalaignan after the pallavi in the first interlude the beat(drum/rthym box) the punch dosent sit properly did anyone observe this or i made a mistake ? innA thalaivA ipdi cholliptE? the punch does sit properly. watch out for ARarai (of one cycle) and Ezharai of the next. (i dont know how to put it properly. call me i will explain - or maybe you can explain.)

  left out paruvamE pudhiya pAdal pAdu for the guitar in the first interlude. this is one of best composed song (but poorly performed :-( ).

  oops! i thought he mentioned ir first decides upon the harmony and then composes the tune. (a serious incidence of cognitive dissonance :-( [:-)]).
