  At first, I did not like Sudha Raghunathan's songs. But, now after listening to them few times, I see why IR had chosen her. Very smooth flow and very good rendition of lyrics. It is really fantastic. All her songs in IVANN are wonderful.
  
  Also, I would like Arunmozhi's songs, Pattukku Poghadeenga... could be longer. I am longing for that.

  Do you mean this song?
  The 'VArAnE vArAnE vAttamuLLa arakkan' song from Devathai in the rustic therukkoothu style was just great. The full-throated singing, coupled with the drums and other folk instruments brought out a spectrum of emotions.. A song that sadly didn't get the recognition it deserved.
  
  As for the news of IR objecting to sections of the book, it's clearly his prerogative. Who are we to comment on it, especially when we have not read it and don't exactly know the contents therein? Unofficial biographies are usually surrounded by controversies, especially when it comes to celebrities from the entertainment industry.
  
  Any news as to when the audio of 'Solla Marantha Kathai' is releasing?

  you are bringing up one point.
  
  Personal life of Artist is different from his professional life.
  
  for IR we can criticise his music or we might express our liking of songs. Because, the work is sold to us.
  
  But, his personal life is not for our discussion.
  
  Probably, because, our culture is like that. We dont look at these aspects independently. We tend to mix them up and that is the main reason for forming prejudices.

  my opinion: i dont think I will listen to the songs again. KAASI is far better than this one. They arent melodious for sure.
  
  unnai thedi - sounds like Oor urangum nerathil from Kanna unai thedugiren (particularly interludes).
  Rottoram - average song.
  
  I have been an ardent RAAJA fan since the 70s..... I am very very disappointed with ivann(crap songs) and EMV. Let us see if he does his magic in SMK.....
