IR-back to Glory. OK, but when??

Hey Guys,
There has been one worrying factor lingering in my mind for many days. The number of persons loyal to IR is approaching zero. Someone had posted that even Fazil has left IR that crap movie-maker called Kalanjiyam has also ditched IR. What it all implies is we can't expect many movies from IR in future.

The probability that IR will work with ManiRathnam is near zero. KB, BR, have all left IR. Even Rajnikanth and not to forget Kamalhaasan.
So, whereand how is it all going to end?
I mean, we should not people like Deva even exist
in TFM!! How many of guys have bought a CD of Deva
with awe? I can bet it'll be near zero!

There is a degradation in TFM and the only way out
is IR joining hands with all these glorified people again. Any comments??

I'm also interested in knowing the background behind the bickerings between IR and all these people. I know we have many "FILM NEWS ANANDAN"s
in the forum. Guys, what happened?

  Anyway, I am not in for a fight here, There is fault in Raja's side. No one here is ready to agree.
  Just blind bashing other people is not a good sign, say MR is overrated, best joke is no western musicians are talented....lol

  I am not saying that western MDs r not talented. I just mentioned that IR is notches above any of them. Western MDs r well promoted and even a guy who cuts max. 10 albums in his life (which is the case with almost all of them) is glorified. On the other hand IR is a prodigy and still intl. fame eludes him. Why, even back home people dare to talk of him in the same breath as ARR, Deva etc.Also, no one disputes that MR is a slick movie maker. I myself admired Mouna Raagam, Anjali and Nayakan. But, he is also media savvy and gets more publicity than he deserves. Just like Shankar or Shekar Kapoor.

  IR, I was told that after "VEERA" became a super hit, they had celebrations in which Rajni had openly said that it was rather unfair that IR walks away with all the glory just by composing the music, whereas it is the actors who are toiling in the sun. That was the starting point, I

  Karthik, IR is definitely good, but you go overboard when you say IR is notches above any of the Western MDs.

  IRC, rajini told something like scoring music is easy job and IR was taken aback by this comment.

  No scope for any experimentation at all.

  I think IR will kick out every opposition in the near future. Examples of his superb rebirth can be seen in the songs of Manam Virumbuthey Unnai, Nilave Mugam Kattu and a new structure emerging in Rajasthan songs. IRs new releases in Tamil and Telugu are going to kick the hell out of every known past and future compositions. My only prayer in that Raja slows down a little bit and give more attention to more contemporary non-folk sounds.

  Don't you think that IR may be the only saving grace for that movie? In the past, lot of movies have been successful only because of IR. IR is the only MD in India who can make a movie successful just by his music alone. Going by that record, producers might have thought that if IR scores music the film would run atleast for him. I can understand that you want IR to score music for better movies. But, at the same time, from a producer's point of view, he wants his movie to be a success. What to do? They too need a life, right?:-)))) And, more than getting any award, I feel IR will get more satisfaction by giving life to such movies.

  But people realize that? Why should he risk his name and fame by accepting movies in which he'll be the only strong point?
  
  But, even for a hero like Vignesh, he's given a gem like "Naan Erikkarai Melirundhu.." .Atleast, I want that Raja back.
  
  Chinnathambi is an
  insult to Dadasaheb Phalke. His soul will be cursing itself for being the original reason for these kinds of movies.
