pavathaarini/NeetyaShree whos the best??

I see many people praise neethyashree but how much shes better compared to pavathaarini?Pavathaarini has the most innocent,fresh voice among the newsingers today, whereas neethyashree know only to shout. Listen to 'kadal meethu' or 'kanmaneekku vaaltu chollum', pavathaarini is excellent.
Please let me know your opinions

  I am not going back on any of my previous criticisms on ARR. I mean and have meant all of them.
  
  I still like the other aspects of his music.
  I do not want to do blind worship on ARR. The point is there are flaws in his compositions, lack of depth and variety hence he goes for "Gimmicks" like trying a new singer every other movie and making a lousy hindi singer sing a Tamil Song and call it as Pudumai...Give me a break.

  100% correct.... but enna kashtamaa irukkunnaa u needed a moron to get back all the "kanamal poonaa" regular TFMers.... like Srikanth, Geetha (atleast Geetha comes once a while).... hmm at the rate these 2 and others are arguing, i think IR vs ARR will never stop unless someother XYZ comes and overtakes ARR.... well then it would be ARR vs XYZ..... aiooooo.... pongappaaaa.....

  Since I don't have much of Carnatic music background, I cannot talk to you using technical terms.
  With IR it would be difficult to find the simillarity in tunes based on a specific raga which was already used in other songs, though sometimes he has failed in this too.Only for People who knows different ragas and have good knowledge of music, it will be easier to find this simillarity.
  
  But with ARR the following three songs resembles some previous songs as soon as one listen to them, the older versions of the songs immediately striked me when I listened to them first time.
  Sowkiyama Kanne - Maasila Nilavenum Kadhalai Magizhvoma
  Minsara Kanna - Vandanam En Vandanam.
  I accept ARR is great, may or may not be compared with IR, but it is not something like he is 100% perfect and never lift tunes.
  Even IR has some influnece in his tunes for some BGMs from Paul Mauriat.

  Nithyashree and Bhava seem to be missing - sandai podurathuna avangala pathi potta - it would be different thoughts for a change! am sick n tired of hearing the same IR vs ARR sandai - why wont ppl agree to disagree! IR and ARR are great MD's - each with a distinct style of their own - if ppl leave it at that and get back to the topic of thread, it would be nice

  Long ago when the moderators had an easier task in their hands, they used to conclude that a thread had exhausted all that could be said about its topic and took away the response option from that thread.
