  its an article about the movie 'nethaji', supposed to be written and directed by Gnana. Rajashekaran ('MoghamuLL' and 'Bharathy' pugazh IAS officer), only mention about IR is at the end of the article which says, 'Bharathykku isaiyaal uyiroottiya IR is the MD for Nethaji as well'

  Per the cassette cover, Kaadhal Kavidhai was only duplicated at Panchithan Record Inn. I don't think the recording took place there.

  A trivia on Guru Recording...I read this from "Pal Nila Padhai"....a few days before recording IR had a small Verkuru like KOPPALAM in his forehead and within another few days it started to spread all over his face and by the time the people from Hungary had come down IR was not even in a posn. to open his eyelids...He says he felt like someone pricking him with a needle all over his face....Yet IR covered his face finished the recording and then went for treatment....man!!!do those songs sound like the ones composed in pain or stress?...A similar incident has occured during the recording of "Thambikku entha ooru"...

  Do you think by scoring 'slowly', somebody can make a good album for a vijaykanth action movie ? When was the last time you heard a good music in vijaykanth's movies (leave chinna kaunder etc., I am talking about 'Devan' kind of movies),
  
  I remember 'Chathriyan' and 'Captain Prabhakaran', After that, its total blank as far as good music is concerned,
  
  Devan songs are not upto IR Standards, But I defenitely believe thats all the film deserves,

  Does a film like Aruvadai naaL deserves a "Devanin koil mudiya velai"...does Selvi deserves a "Ilamanathu thudikkirathu"....If u had watched thamizh GURU(Kamal masala)...u'll feel IR's BGM as a "Vizhalukku iRaitha neer".....may be those were days when he was ab;e to motivate himself...and these days he is getting disinterested with movies like Devan...If that is the case I think IR shud skip those movies and concentrate on quality stuff

  Exactly ... I fully agree with you ... IR is NOT able to motivate himself thesedays when it comes to 'average' movies like this,
  
  But you have to see from his angle also, He doesn't have the luxury of choosing his movies ... he is under financial problems I understand and these kind of movies will help him come out of it ... may be he will become more 'choosy' if he is really out of this trouble ?
  
  Till then - the only way we can avoid our disappointments is ... expect less from these kind of movies and be happy if you get a good 'Thaalaattum kaatRee' or 'VayasuppuLLa vayasuppuLLa' or 'Aaala maraththuk kiLiyee kiLiyee' or ......
