IR's new albums!

  You are right. gAyathri kEtkum song is a classic. There is some really spirited violin playing in the 2nd interlude (ofcourse on the keyboard these days :( ). Other songs are good but the lyrics leaves something to be desired.

  So its confirmed that IR won't be scoring the next Bala film. I wonder whether if BR is involved in that film.
  
  But his new venture 'BHARATHY' seems to be a promising film. Lets hope its another HEY RAM.

  Where did you hear that Raja is scoring that movie? I know Raja has scored the other two GRS movies to date, but...

  How do you expect me or anybody to talk to friends about this webpage? Ask them to keep trying all the permutations and combinations possible?

  May I know how you got this info ? As far as I know, In his latest interview (http:/www.aaranthinai.com) Bala has said that music score for his next movie will be by IR or YSR.

  'Bharathy' is Gnana.Rajashekharan's 3rd movie. I read his interview (I guess it is from http://ambalam.com) about the movie and he specifically mentioned that IR will be the MD and he already started working on that.
  
  So, Koothan, You are happy as I am. Right ? !!!!
  Personally, I want SPB to sing 'Nallathoor veeNai seythee., ' and Nithyashree with 'Theeraatha viLaiyaattup piLLai' ;-) Antha paatteellaam intha padaththil varaavittaalum paravaayillai. :-))

  I think you can see from my domain that I am accessing the web from the library in my university, and no bookmarks can work here. Nonetheless, if you think you can really let people know about this website and make them visit, by telling its name...I can't argue with you, coz, I tried mentioning the address to my brother over the phone and I failed...
  
  Guys, IR definitely needs some attention, and though these kinds of endeavours are really laudable, one fails to understand why the name for such a beautiful site can remain a stumbling block.

  regd. raajangahm.com, Excellent initiative and an awesome site.. the crew commands appreciation, no doubt.. But I dont see any reason why this acronym funda should stop us from having a decent name for the site.. we havent had a single good explanation for why we cant acquire ilaiyaraja.com or why we cant rename the site to a reasonable name.. is it bcos IR himself has personally endorsed this site, and he is already familiar with the name ?
  
  nevertheless, if we really mean what we have specified in the "mission statement" for the site, we need to do all we can to make the site accessible and adorable to fellow IR fans.
  
  Lets look at it this way, If the real moving force behind this site is going to me the millions of IR fans like all of us, why cant WE have the privilege of deciding the name of the site ? why cant we have an opinion poll and decide ?? I am just being a mouthpiece of many of our HCIRFs..

  I am not involved in raajaangahm. but I can give you an explanation as to why "www.ilayaraja.com" is not available. To my knowledge, it had already been taken by an engineer from dubai (named ilayaraja) and has absolutely no connection with music. This matter had already been discussed with a sarcastic overtone probably six months ago.

  i feel it will be more nice if the picture of IR used in the first page of Raajangahm.com is replaced by some other one with IR smiling or someother nice photo of him.You guys know there is a lot of fine photos of IR to replace this. Congrats for the work!!!

  The new music album of IR, "karisal Kaattu Poove" has come and it is a splendid one by IR. Two songs are simply out of the world while the rest of the songs cater to the popular masses. Detailed review later.

  Have been reading a lot regarding the name of Raja's 'official' web site.
  
  Lot of people don't seem to like the current name 'Raajangahm', though I love it.
  
  Why don't some blessed soul that does not like the current name accuire names like 'ir.com, ir.net' and so on and map all these to 'raajangahm'.
  
  That should be simple enough to do for a techie, as long as he/she can find the money to buy the domain name.
