I am waiting for your responses. I shall assure it goes in the rightway. The considerations are
1. Ability to give music to all situations
2. Music for all audiance.
3. Music for Musically inclined.
4. Originality.
5. Non Westernization ( I hope we are indians and love indian form of music and no need to borrow any other form) ( I am not kidding :)) )
6.BGM and interlude works
7. Musical instruments and recording facilities available at the time of music.
Etc..
Please come out with your thoughts and lets all decide now....
Catch you later
Ram.

my view is a slight deviation for Kiran's example:
In the answer sheet IR answers all questions correctly and legibly well before time. His worksheet(rough work sheet) is clean coz he did not use it(might be no need for him). OTOH ARR answers all the questions correctly, legibly with all sorts of decorations(as pointed out by Kiran) just at the stroke of the bell(sometimes misses to tie the knot on the all sheets but somehow borrows a few seconds from the patient invigilatior and finishes the job correctly at the end). But one thing is that his worksheet is equal or bulkier than the actual answer sheet. it might be shabby with lots of score-offs, written and rewritten words. The invigilator necessarily collects the worksheet also, in addition to the answer sheet. But, finally, the examiner(audience), a.k.a the persons who corrects the papers, receives the answersheet alone. Based on the examiner's MOOD (the popular phrase i and others used during our school/collegiate days) the marks IR, ARR get differ.
One vital factor needs to be noted in this is, the question is set with lots of "either or" choices. Many a times IR chose to answer one question ARR chose to answer other. But both answered a question fully. And as I said the MOOD of the examiner is what has come to play. Nowadays the examiner has to correct lots of paper, his mood is also for fast correction (due to fight with his wife). So definitely a clear legible correct answer with highlighted points gets more marks from him than a clear, legible correct answer without highlights. The examiner does not bother about which question (in the "either or" choice) is tougher and who has chose which one between the choice. For him(examiner) question X to be answered legibly and correctly, he doesn't bother about which of the choices is tougher one. Hence there were papers in which both the examinees choice some tougher choice and did answer well but the examiner did not give the due credit to that choice, Quarrel with wife - you know!!!!
Quarrel with wife could be equated to fast moving life, liking to contemporary westernised popish trend.
