Rajesh: MD's for Govinda Govinda were
Raj-Koti.
One note about Raj-Koti, these guys were the only MD's who tried to compete with IR in background music and did come up with some excellent BGM's in many movies.

Azhagi album is very bad - I think there is no point in continuing this thread any more - since none of his songs is worth listening twice... I think he has lost his touch,class etc etc. He had better quit cinema field......

I have listened to azhagi songs, the album has the Raja touch in oru sundari vanthaalam and pattu by saadhana sargam.....reall good BGM's. but wat i felt is, it c'd be done better. its below par for raaja's calibre....

if you can find any of the CD's that i have listed above, can you tell me the combo that they r in pls..... i want to buy them, but don't want to waste money on some junk combination.....

The cassette cover states "Only film with all songs sung by Hariharan". After a looooooong time, an IR album without Bhava! And no IR sad song! The lyrics are of fairly good quality, and HH does a fair job.
My first impression is that the whole album has a similar feel/mood to 'Chinnathambi' which might not instantly excite the 'classy' segment of IR fans, but could play out in the street corners and tea shops for a long time to come. If the movie does well at the box office as expected, IR will walk away with a long-awaited blockbuster. Another 'Chinnathambi'? Time will tell...

All the movies you had listed have a DABBA padam as the combo. Kutti, and Katrukenna velli have wonderful songs, but the audio is not released :((.
If you want to buy the original it will be hard for u to buy the above films you had mentioned as a combo. Have a nice trip to chennai. :))

Thanks uv2..... no, iam not coming to chennai, one of my friend's family is coming from there next month, so thought of asking them..... may be i will wait for another 10 years, after which i might find these in a combo (like now we have for Johnny, priya and others)..... aiooo..... when will i get IR's music in a decent COMBO......
