ARR has composed the first song for ManiRatnam's alaipaayudhe ! He has promised to compose 5 more songs. Mani is waiting for those to shoot the songs... Poor mani ! ;-)) But, i am sure, all songs will be hits like UyirE !!

KANDUKONDEN KANDUKONDEN samples are not that good. In fact the recent songs of ARR cannot even come near our Thenisai Thendral Deva's, maybe the so called 'so-so' numbers. It is high time that Maniratnam gives chance to Deva instead of ARR for his future movies, because Deva has already started composing for the 21st Century. The greatest hit of ARR's KK is nowhere near the Thenisai Thendral's mediocre numbers...

Sir, I had just paid Geetha in her own coin. It was a sarcastic comment, that I had listened to KK. But whenever I listen to ARR, I feel what I have said in my earlier posting. I will not recant my statement. I am not calling any of you as "lollipop holders", even though you seem to visualize you and your peers like that..... I am not immature...... We have difference of opinion, that is all. When I am accommodative to your comments, why do you spit venom on my statements? Better call yourself as a dimwit next time. That seems more appropriate than GENIUS.

According to Indian Express, Lord ALW is "attending" a concert in Dublin, by ARR. Their collaborative work BOMBAY DREAM will be a dance musical. As I do not have the right font for Dinakaran, I could not read the article.

todays england paper said that andrew L webber went to see Taal on saturdy at harrow's indian cinema and is planning a musical on an indian theme but does not mention ARR.
can someone give details of ARR concert in dublin.i'd like to go.

Rediff has a review of ARR's Takshak. The reviewer rates Jimbalika as the best song of the album!!.
