  Kalai, I remember only this song by PS in Shankari- It goes like this- Aduthathu Sengamalam, edhuthathu Rukkumani. Another song in Shankari is Bharathikku oru kannamma by Rajkumar Bharathi and K Swarna(humming)

  Subbu, much as I try I am not able to recollect a PS-Rajkumar Bharathi duet. I am able to remember only RB's duets with others- SJ: Nivandhu vandhu-Chiranjeevi-MSV, VJ:Ninaivugalin oorvalangal-Plus 2-MSV, BSS:Pon veenaye-Kagitha Odam-SG.

  I think "Ninathathai Mudippavan" is "kollai ittavan nee than" -PS+VJ.
  I remember one PS,VJ song from "Nayakkar magal" a KSG movie-Jayachitra starrer which is a semi-classical one , may be the "Anantha nadanam thodakkam". Can someone clarify this?

  Sondhangal Vazhga - Jaishankar and Jayachitra.. In the same time, there was Sivaji's movie "Ponnojal" (with Usha Nandhini) was released. It so happened that the Moolakadhai was almost same and it was highly criticised in media.
  
  Muthuchippi - Jayashankar and Jayalalitha (directed by Sridhar)... it was a master piece for Jayalalitha (another one is EngirundhO vandhaaL).

  If it was, then the song was picturised on KR Vijaya,I think.

  Kik, the song 'Raman ethanai ramanadi' is from the film "Lakshmi Kalyanam" (1968). MD-MSV. The actress on whom it was picturised- Vennira adai Nirmala.

  Naaz, could it be that you are referring to 'Ullam rendum ondrai ondru minjum vannam odum vegam jigu jigu jigu jigu ho'- this is from Sivagamiyin Selvan (1974)- the remake of Aradhana. Yes, this is a train song, in the sense Vanisri is in the train and Sivaji is in a jeep(the tamizh equivalent of Mere sapnon ki rani kab aavogi thum). This is a TMS solo.
  
  Raman Ethanai Ramanadi(1970) too had a train song, picturised on KRV- the lovely PS solo "Chithirai maadham powrnami neram muthu rathangal oorvalam pogum--".

  Thanks Saravanan. And yes, the confusion arose from the name of the film being from a song line. I loved Chiththirai Madham Pournami Neram...I can still visualise Sivaji hamming it with a flute...?

  1. ThuLLi ThuLLI viLayada (an excellent song for Jayalalitha+Sachu+One more dancer) from Motor Sundaram Pillai
  2. Aani muthu vaangi vandhen (for Sowcar+Jayanthi+Kanchana) from Bhama vijayam.

  Thirupugazhai paada paada- Gowri Kalyanam
  Karai yeri meen vilayadum- Thirumal perumai
